FWIW the month of August saw shares bought 11,369,503 and shares sold 8,360,689 a net gain to the buys of 3,008,814. All selling has therefore been mopped away by buying and more which is pretty encouraging although the drift in the share price isn't.
Also encouraging is August bettered July (buys 7,213,091 and sells 5,831,128 net buying 1,381,963) which far exceeded June (buys 935,963 and sells 1,490,242 - was that really all June could muster?).

Isn't September the month where Martin Gilbert becomes a free agent? Will be an interesting month .............

News vacuum till we hear about any further progress. Hopefully will kick off a bit in a few weeks.

It's also a company that few follow currently. That should change as we get closer to some action

Market makers being a bit harsh today. 1.07p to sell! Guess to be expected while we await next steps, but it will move once they do.

Valid points microscope and agree there is a much improved enthusiasm about the company. I believe the company recently raised £455K in two placings therefore twice as much to play with for the next year or so.

Trying to figure out late reported trades is near impossible. The 100k might have happened while the spread was 1.35 - 1.5p for example, in which case it would be a sell, explaining the earlier drop.Of more relevance is what happens next. I'll always post honestly, with bull and bear points regardless of any position I might or might not have in any stock. Will 250k last a year? Legal fees, local planning, site visits etc and a loan repayable at the end of the period suggest not. However on the positive side, announcement of partners would enable those concerns to be dealt with.I'm greatly encouraged by the arrival of new investors with clout and widespread respect in Nobby and Nico. Add in Gilbert and opportunities are opening up.Many years before full accounts value can be realised imho, but balance of risk at this price has moved in favour of shareholders at least for now in my opinion

Edit dont be deceived either - they are good at manipulating. That 200k was a buy fwiw. Currently 1.5p to buy not 1.7p.

wi1l, not sure on that but have a look at the project area and project locations on the website should give an idea. I suspect area 4 (Porto Sedaro) could hold the most villas maybe tied with area 5 (Crystal Cove), but depends on the developer and market demand.

I should add, not all villas will be in the $5m bracket, need a mix of smaller village style ones as well as shown in some of the designs, but there is space to build a number of real stunning villas.

Thanks Waterloo, the four sites with the bays all carry similar value presumably or do you think one stands out above the rest? Thats assuming the golf course carries the least value (there was a time when it might have been the highlight of the project, possibly)

Wi1l, all depends on the mix but the golf course might look like the 'least' attractive but with a small hotel, club house you could have villas backing onto the course each with significant outside space, pools etc and still all with sea views, if not by the sea.

The bay areas though are probably the most instantly attractive.

Getting more interesting by the day on the shares front too. Since 6th April when the shutters were pulled there have , IMV , been 25,821,573 buys and 21,998,913 sells a net 3,822,660 to the buys. And I thought they were short of shares! THey've got a good few more tucked away now that prices are increasing. I reckon (now)that the reason the shutters were pulled way back in April was the price was so low 0.6/0.8 and any sells had been soaked up that although they had a few to sell they were only left with those bought at much higher rates so if they couldn't buy any at such low rates they would have made a stonking great loss if they had tried to fill the demand that was about then with shares that had been bought at a higher price. All as clear as mud, but there we are, thats my conclusion, should anyone be interested.

Anyway to get up to date so far this month the buys have been 9,514,699 and the sells 7,109,542 thats a net gain to the buys of 2,405,157 and as the price has been rising they have been easier to come by but for how long...........?

Very interesting Waterloo, you could multiply that at the three other bays they've identified for development. How many villas etc (your guesstimate) could be built round the golf course? Incidentally Olazabal's not too far away designing/developing two golf courses at Costa Navarino.
