There are plenty of good signs coming out of Greece related to Minoan but it is just a case of when CE will secure the right deal or deals to reward shareholders for their investment.

Last year saw increase in travel receipts and in spending per trip

Provisional figures from the Bank of Greece showed a 13 percent increase in travel receipts over the first 11 months of 2019, to 17.86 billion euros, against 15.81 billion a year earlier.

For Christ’s sake Yorgi, please shut up-a running commentary is not needed, especially after your amazing advice in the past.

Whatever it was the MM’s took it in their stride and hence opened all square.

What will today bring.

The volume charts show clearly we had the highest volume today since August. What if anything one can read into that is another matter. Despite the sells the share price held up but whether it will open at the same level tomorrow remains to be seen.

I still think Waterloo is right with his analysis.

Interesting times.

Well that theory didn't quite pan out - they must still have a few shares tucked away for a rainy day.

Agree the risk reward is fantastic at the moment, with the downside risk, they don't deliver a deal, but that feels priced close to where we are (ie near the lows), where as the near side upside is anything from 5x to 10x the current market cap.

If you were offered those sorts of odds on a football game, you would be foolish to turn it down! It's like being given 5:1 or 10:1 on a full strength Man City team beating my local Sunday park crowd!

IMO

Without a doubt, a few of the old Midas readers must still have it on a watchlist somewhere and will be thinking “ haven’t they sold that piece of land yet” gotta be close now!!

No evidence that last week's downward spike was anything other than trading volatility of an illiquid stock. Obviously this is something of a binary play, but the upside is multiples of the downside, with the upside possibly realised within weeks. So looks a good investment to me - not a gamble, I just wouldn't bet the mortgage on it.

In terms of numbers the buying Friday and today has soaked up the recent selling pressure seen earlier this month.

So far in Jan Buys 4.2M as opposed to sells 3.8M so the buys are now forcing the pace.

and FWIW the thirteen months ended 31/12/19 IMV Buys 50.1M (assuming ?1.2M are buys) sells 41.2M therefore Net positive BUYS about 9M plus.

and now its getting harder to buy in any number.

Agree with your comments Atlantic & Pinkfoot2 but have a feeling it won't take much more buying, even on speculation alone, for a spike in the share price to occur.

Don’t disagree with anything you say Atlantic-if they don’t deliver something in this quarter, they will lose control of things-that will be a huge negative. It took an effort to buy even 500k of shares-sub 10 grand in real money. So a deal of any sorts will see a decent spike.
