20/9/2018 11:30 | Just pay the £6.00 and have a months access (no I don't work for them but did used to run a subs business). Essentially yes a buy and a hold all in the same article. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 11:29 | Come on Waterloo....or someone. :) | justjill
20/9/2018 11:24 | disappointing rns...warrants at 3.5p and likely to need additional funding soon as outlined in rns. | pre
20/9/2018 11:24 | Don't print all the text just a bit more detail.... Are they still staying with "buy" and what price are they looking at now. | justjill
20/9/2018 11:21 | Justjill what and break copyright. Thought you'de been down that route. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 11:16 | Waterloo, can you provide any detail....can't get access to read. thanks | justjill
20/9/2018 11:13 | I think the issue here is that CE has always tied progress on CS with removal of travel. That suggests to me that the interest he referenced in the interims is from one or more parties interested in acquiring a ‘clean’ Minoan free of travel. I am sure this will be Zachery’s objective as well - early sale at optimum price. 15p sees a nice £5.75m profit from their warrants. Zachery’s interests as a 17% shareholder appear to be aligned with ours. | nick2412
20/9/2018 11:04 | About sums it up (with some mention of posters comments on here). TP 10p with upside toward 16p to 25p in the very best (but unlikely) outcome. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 10:47 | I'm not sure what the target price is, but today hasn't altered the potential value in CS. I suspect Nicks number are close to it though. T&L sale is at least close to being done. The RNS's have repeatedly stated, with a recent exception, that it would leave the group 'essentially' debt free. I feared a number of scenarios, from administration with the loan called in, free warrants etc. Given the shortfall I also expected a fund raise alongside todays news. While that still might happen (although unlikely given the SP) the new £1m loan at least reduces the need/impact of the feared raise. I don't feel it's nearly as bad as the share price fall suggests and the reward from 4p to exit should be decent. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 10:40 | Ok guys with equal respect your comments On Zachary make perfect sense. However would you not agree that the target price must have fallen sharply as A result of today’s announcement. | atlantic57
20/9/2018 10:34 | Once exersized it would bring in £1.75m and give them close to 30% holding. They certainly have an incentive to see a deal done | waterloo01
20/9/2018 10:31 | Zachery have to drive it. I agree with Nick, it would hasten any exit. | pj 1
20/9/2018 10:21 | Atlantic, with equal respect, I said I believe Zachery will drive it through as they have 50m incentive reasons to do so. | nick2412
20/9/2018 10:17 | Getting into buying territory! | waterloo01
20/9/2018 10:12 | What a s#£t day....this and N4P.... | jamdan1
20/9/2018 10:12 | Nick, yes thought that as well. They will be driving this toward a conclusion and hopefully soon. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 10:11 | JJ the problem there is if you can buy below mid the the share price will probably drop more to reflect this. Iman1974 Oh yes they can because they have already destroyed a lot of the value in CS | scotty1
20/9/2018 10:08 | Waterloo, I suspect Zachery will be a driving force for a full sale and with their 50m warrants at 3.5p then they will be highly incentivised to get an early sale and optimum price. | nick2412
20/9/2018 09:51 | MMs playing the game to the full. If you could see real difference between buys and sells today, there is no way it is reflected in share price movement. And that is not even factoring in Crete value! | justjill
20/9/2018 09:50 | Nick, good points and tend to agree we're more likely to see a full sale. Given the size of the investment needed there would be little chance of any buyer to want to keep CE except in an advisory capacity. All still in play IMO | waterloo01
20/9/2018 09:48 | Market makers took full advantage this morning as per. The remaining £900k debt was not well received but we must not forget the value is in Crete and this is a step towards that. Even this bod cannot destroy that value. | iman1974
20/9/2018 09:46 | It will be fascinating to see how the voting goes at the meeting on 4 October, given that the Directors only have 1.34% to offer. I'd think it will be carried but there may be some significant level of 'protest voting' too!Perhaps the most revealing paragraph is the one about near term funding and debt financing, then moving from outline planning towards the real thing. In addition to the 900k debt and 3.5p warrants, I get the impression they still don't have an earthly how the hell they are going to get all this off (or more literally, on) the ground. "Realisation of" all or part of the project seems to me even now a far distant dream. Several posters talked of the funding gap a while back, that reality is the here and now.Hopefully whoever new management will be, they will have some ideas that the current motley crew don't appear to me to have. | microscope
20/9/2018 09:43 | The ADVFN board is showing some buys as sells, certainly mine of 40k is a buy | miss womble |
