20/9/2018 08:03 | Anything that @smallcappick and his 50 twitter accounts pushes normally ends in tears It's like he's in a boiler room and ramping stocks ahead of poor news | dave4545
20/9/2018 08:02 | So the news has arrived...widely expected to cause a “re-rate” | colinzeal
20/9/2018 08:01 | -10%, what a fiasco. Chairman HAS to go, sell the damn thing for £30m and we all move on | pj 1
20/9/2018 08:01 | What a mess. I have just read the whole shebang, and before people conclude one liners' like 'that's out of the way', encourage others to do likewise! Raises many worrying concerns going forward for me. | microscope
20/9/2018 07:56 | Who and from where and at what price were the other offers they said they had? they may have been better to us as shareholders....rath Now that their hand is revealed you could see a move for the entire share capital of company. Be interesting to see what TW etc make of it. | justjill
20/9/2018 07:56 | At least it's done, or almost done. | waterloo01
20/9/2018 07:51 | Brings home the reality of how close this was to going bust. Couldn't raise anymore finance either, so they obviously tried Nothing developed with the Project of any significance with the Project or it would have been included in the update. Looks like the NOMAD did their job for a change. | pj 1
20/9/2018 07:45 | Yep agree atlantic, then he finishes with the Company remains hopeful that the next twelve months should see significant progress toward the monetisation of the Project. Don't think we'll have the uplift we expected | scotty1
20/9/2018 07:43 | Hell a lot of detail to absorb before making meaningful comment. However my instinct is that the target price for small shareholders is reduced. | atlantic57
20/9/2018 07:37 | Well we finally got the first step in the usual fog of confusion....lets see where we go from here. So looks like loan was switched from Hillside to Zak as they had planned to force sale to them....as private equity group were delaying on backing MIN managers. To me this is also a related party transaction - and that was never announced. They said they had a number of offers...so could someone else offered a better deal? Which again as I suggested before may not have included MIN current senior managers and therefore was rebuffed? BoD probably think small shareholders won't care about this as we should not head north and get Re-rate. (larger shareholders probably full briefed along the way) | justjill
20/9/2018 07:31 | Hmmm a lot a reading to get through, some niggles,at a glance looks like warrants have been dropped to 3.5p exercisable, will still owe a further 900k,needs some going through and only working off the wifes phone at the .moment | scotty1
20/9/2018 07:12 | Should see a move up from here | a2584728
19/9/2018 13:51 | The tick-up on the bid is a pleasant surprise given all the selling yesterday. | justjill
19/9/2018 13:31 | Nick many of us use this board instead Of paying a psychiatrist | atlantic57
19/9/2018 12:48 | LOL Fair comment! | pj 1
19/9/2018 12:44 | PJ - I get that you don't like the stock or the board but what I don't get is why you still hold given your views. Perhaps you no longer do. Anyway, if everything was smooth and straightforward there wouldn't be what I regard as an extremely attractive share price to asset value anomaly. | nick2412
19/9/2018 12:40 | PJ - I think your predictive text is playing up. In view of the age (and wisdom) of our esteemed board surely you mean 'exchange of cataracts' as opposed to 'exchange of contracats'? | nick2412
19/9/2018 12:27 | I am not aware of any other listed Business that has agreed a trade sale (in this case confirmed by referring to exchange of contracats , so we know terms were agreed) but have then NOT updated if that sale has fallen through. Come on, can any poster here name one Company who has agreed a sale (subject to sh approval) but has then NOT updated if the purchaser pulls out, oR they decide not to sell. Its a blatant breach of Regulations IMO. Why has the NOMAD allowed that? | pj 1
19/9/2018 12:24 | Nick- they are in default of the loan. The house is on the verge of being repossessed. They have exhausted other avenues of funding and have even taken pay cuts to keep the lights on These are the Facts!! Why are they being ignored? They mislead in RNS. Why is it ignored. Who is the NOMAD representing? | pj 1
19/9/2018 12:20 | Lets keep moving the Goal Posts, those t*ats who have thrown their cash into us won't cotton on for ages. | pj 1
19/9/2018 12:19 | PJ, yes accepted there are countless rogues and rogue announcements on AIM but, in this instance in the context of checkable rising values for tourism assets, the statement I highlighted is extremely likely to be accurate. It's checkable as well in terms of assessing whether leisure asset values in Greece are increasing and they are. That's the key point here; values and interest for the Crete CS asset are increasing and investors are here for that very reason as it's not priced in. The other factor is that as and when travel is sold to Zachery and they take up their warrants (at whatever exercise price if any)then, almost inevitably, they will drive things forward with a far less laid back approach than we've seen thus far. | nick2412 |
