We are none the wiser as just a formal passing of all resolutions
It would be only fair to shareholders to make an announcement regarding the state of play regarding the deal but not holding my breath

Thats a lot of the float tied up though.

The three US investors now control over 50% of the shares so the reshuffle should result in a lot of excitement when the deal is closed and suspension lifted hopefully soon
