It looks as tho there are two Glencar Mining Ords
From Fastrade:
Company .................. PEP ISA . Symbol
GLENCAR MINING ORD EUR0.031 Y .. Y .. GCM.L
GLENCAR MINING ORD EUR0.031 N .. N .. GEX.L

GCM can go into PEP or ISA, GEX can't

afternoon all...nice to see this rebound off 10p.....and the really interesting thing is that "those in the know on the other side of the Irish Sea" are probably not even watching what is going on today given that it is Paddy's Day......do I smell an article in the papers at the weekend ? or am I being a bit conspiratorial ? I have GEX in a squaregain ISA.

Barclays seem to get ISA eligibility mixed up - they let PAF in, although it is NOT dual listed and GEX not in, although it is dual listed?!!!

Well you can put them in an ISA with Squaregain. I received written confirmation from them.

Sorry to dissapoint you but no you can't. I did check with my Broker the other day as wanted to put some GEX in an ISA too. My Broker checked and said "normally, as it's a dual-listed stock you could but, unfortunately, Glencar is quoted on the Irish ENTERPRISE exchange (their version of AIM) so it is not allowed by the Inland Revenue.

When GEX surged from 2.75p bid to 7p bid a few months ago ADVFN's system failed to pick it up. Not being on their radar allowed believers like me to accumulate as the broader popuation of investors remained ignorant or unaware of GEX's advance.

So...............suuuussssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh whie we continue to accumulate.

If GEX climbs convincingly above the 10p offer in the next week i dont know where it will stop.
