TEK which owns 85% of SALT is now valued after today’s crash at less than the theoretical value of their SALT holding. That gives you 99% confidence that SALT is going to fall.

Must admit to having sold some sometime ago on highscbut have rebought some end of day.
Rather think some sells are end-of-tax-year selling.
Keeping the faith, thank you Mr.oz for links

I reckon some of the sell off could be PIs taking a profit and writing off against losses just before the tax year end.

There's 81% in sticky hands
The rest of the limited free float will likely be PIs and traders who have seen this double in short time.
The next two quarters are going to be pivotal but even that period of time is too long for some

Lots of talk on here about the dips which is interesting, is there any real views on why the latest dip has occurred given the good news re patents earlier in the month

This will do what every new ipo does climb through the roof and end up in the cellar before climbing back up slowly. I am waiting for the cellar.

It’s just not exciting. The message being put out now is just a repeat of the same message since 2016

10/23:
“Food technology has come a long way in the past half-century, but when it comes to sodium reduction there’s been a serious lack of innovation – until now. Learn how MicroSalt®️ is revolutionizing the world of low-salt snacking.”

3/20:

“Salarius has just signed an agreement with iLevel Brands Inc as part of its North American launch of its new innovative SaltMe!® snack line. iLevel Brands is one of the leading manufacturer sales partners in the natural/organic/specialty food space.
This agreement represents an important milestone for our new SaltMe!® snack line, and believe it will brand awareness and accelerate retail brand placements across the entire East Coast, Midwest and Southwest geographic areas of the United States.
“We are very excited about our alliance with iLevel Brands which will enable us to present our new innovative brand SaltMe!® full flavor- low sodium snacks to numerous distributors and retailers in an accelerated time frame.” says Victor Hugo Manzanilla, CEO of Salarius.”

This has been trying to be pushed since 2016 with no success but good luck.

What people are missing here, in their speculation over patent age, status and other technicalities, is that Customer A has approx 9000 stores. And the SALT product is ALREADY in 800 of those stores accriss multiple product lines. What does this mean?1. customer A is clearly a giant (to have 9000 stores), so the SALT product has clearly passed validation. Customers that large have stringent quality control don't take gambles.2. Why is the product in only 800 of the 9000 stores? Clearly this can only be because it is a staged approach. If this is phase 1, what happens at stage 2 - how many stores will this rollout to?

Next 3-4mnth period going to be pivotal imv

In this time, Customer A likely going to be known. Their Microsalted own brand nut snacks in over 800 stores, will be extended to all 9000 stores, aswell as bilateral roll-out of salt shakers.
Linked Customers B/C expansion on the first 29t order to be cemented by both ramping up their development paths with further/first POs
Customer D's is expected to raise first PO by mid year for inclusion in their Tortilla snack
Customer E also coming on stream around Summer for their Frozen foods items

What'll hopefully be very evident by then, will be the truly exponential range of use to which Microsalt can be deployed

Too Risky at these levels expect further falls down to earth.

Some say 40p or even less.

Alternative solutions are already available. !!

I rewatched the LSE presentation. I had missed the bit where they talked about one of the world's largest QSR chains testing microsalt in their buns and were very excited about the results. They could make them quicker due to microsalt's reaction with yeast as well as the benefit of Sodium reduction.

McDonald's for example is one of the largest chains selling 18 billion buns per year. And if one chain adopts it and claims they are the healthiest it will likely force the others to adopt. That's some 50 billion buns a year for the top 3. Normally they have about 0.6g salt per bun so I assume that Microsalt would be selling 0.3g of salt per bun.

Although I assume the wider bread market itself is a bigger market the marketing spend is likely to bigger by a fast food chain.

Interesting times. Hopefully some announcements over the next 3 or 4 months.

Interesting Master RS1, thank you for explanation. Hopefully 90p is the floor & set for recovery.
