Every board needs a cynical naysayer to provide balance. Cherish your naysayer.

The RNS header erroneously said Hospital. But if they could get it endorsed by hospitals then that would be a real breakthrough.

I just hope they've sorted the dispenser out. Allows too much micro scopic salt out that negates the effect !

That is possibly the most ridiculous RNS ever! Used in 12 restaurants. Only another 23m to go.

Not sure I get how they went from,

a company worth £10.54 to a company worth,

£57 million in such a short time.

Also not sure how it works with their patents being assigned to Salarius, a wholly owned subsidiary of TekCapital.

Quick off the mark again there.Stop panicking :-)

So. You're saying they either want to do it for themselves ..or they don't?

It's all a question of timing. Now appears to be the time.

First mover advantage? Being serious they have been trying to push this since 2016 and this is the last chance to get some cash out of it.

Tek were trying to sell it in 2016 and more recently in 2020

“Salarius has just signed an agreement with iLevel Brands Inc as part of its North American launch of its new innovative SaltMe!® snack line. iLevel Brands is one of the leading manufacturer sales partners in the natural/organic/specialty food space.
This agreement represents an important milestone for our new SaltMe!® snack line, and believe it will brand awareness and accelerate retail brand placements across the entire East Coast, Midwest and Southwest geographic areas of the United States.
“We are very excited about our alliance with iLevel Brands which will enable us to present our new innovative brand SaltMe!® full flavor- low sodium snacks to numerous distributors and retailers in an accelerated time frame.” says Victor Hugo Manzanilla, CEO of Salarius.”

This has been trying to be pushed since 2016 with no success but good luck

No. The major patent runs out in 2030 at which point any large organisation can do it themselves.

Is it likely that one of the big companies using microsalt would want to buy SALT, or even to buy TEK, to get access to SALT's patents ?

Ten Million Britain's are hooked on junk food, costing the NHS £55 Billion to treat, according to the Daily Express front page today.
A lot of junk food has very high salt content, as we know.

TEK which owns 85% of SALT is now valued after today’s crash at less than the theoretical value of their SALT holding. That gives you 99% confidence that SALT is going to fall.
