Think the management team been caught off guard with a leak and will be now desperately getting the deal done, so coming days? Won't take to much to do as both parts inline with same CEO and the management team of MSYS all holding share at 0.1p. So a sale around 0.4p would see them rich lol. Though some legal bits as GB acting CEO will need clearance to do a deal for competition / legal reasons.

It was driven down purely because of Helium's selling strategy, without that share price would never have gone as low as it did.
