No I do not want him anywhere near this stock, he clearly hates Gerry so he would never buy anything he is associated with. Let him suffer over at his beloved Yu. as their bad debt piles up, EBITDA this and EBITDA that won't cover it.

Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 will be out next month for any real investors to think about, the others can carry buying shyte like Yu. when they should have sold it at £3.50 doh!

I am actually amazed that Gerry hasn't tabled an offer already, don't really know what he is waiting for as he seems happy to let Helium carry on selling this down. Maybe he is he is happy to see the back of them and will make an offer once they have left which would be one in the eye for them after all carnage they have caused here with their constant selling at any old price for months. Now that would be karma.

yup it's coming. No RNS for over a month, no new CEO replacement and not even looking. Deepverge share price up from lows and climbing, would be a good time to get the takeover on the table. Expect it will be soon as can't afford this share price to rise to much, once other's get a sniff, this could rise very quickly. Though expect near cash deal with maybe small shares offering in DVRG shares. May pick up more if it dips. Expect to see a biggest sell to keep price down. Takeover paperwork in progress in my view. Won't be long before cat out of the bag! May force early disclosure if share price rises.

That's certainly got to be a strong possibility. We all know that Gerry Brandon loves to acquire suppliers to DVRG as he shown again and again previously. He really cannot leave MSYS to become subject to a takeover by others as that could put his supply chain at risk and MSYS is a key supplier to MWG now.

Because it is about to be takeover by Deepverge, and that's why no new CEO over the last few months, but caretaker of Deepverge CEO remains in charge. The 5 million odd sells are designed to hold price down so DVRG gets a better deal. Expect a sudden spike just before the announcement of the deal. My bet is somewhere between 0.2p - 0.4p. That's because managements and funds all hold 0.1p shares when they took over the company. So it won't be below 0.1p for sure. So decent profit at today's share price

Well we can't be certain but looks likely within a few months or by year end but it won't matter so much anyway in a month or so.
