Don't bank on it. Still have a huge seller out there in Helium. They dropped some 200m shares in the last 3 months but could still have a similar volume to go as well.

At the lows, Turner Pope sent me a broker update this morning

So I bought a chuck 0.08p but best tuck away for a while to see if they make it this time!

This company does not generate enough revenue to be profitable. It is no good for management to sign many partnership agreements that don't generate income. If their products were as great as management had claimed why didn't people buy it? It is a lost cause. It will soon ask shareholders for more money.

Microsaic 2.0: Diversifying into a Service-Based Business Model

What the future holds for Microsaic

As Microsaic continues to expand with the introduction of these services, an excitingfuture is on the horizon. Pathogen detection will soon become a key part of the business. In collaboration with DeepVerge, the deployment of the Microtox®PD across the UK (which tests for SARS-CoV-2 in sewage wastewater) has already started. Our pathogen detection technology can be applied to all types of pathogens, and is set to change the face of environmental testing.

Unit refurbishment is another service in the pipeline. From column changing to a full upgrade of your lab equipment, any issues can be corrected and methods developed to suit.

Finally, new products from the Microsaic team are set to make mass spectrometry accessible to all, and even more easily deployed in labs and processing facilities.

yup looks a mess. Everyone knows DVRG will buy this at some time. DVRG have the finance now and their CEO is acting CEO here. Not sure this would be a good deal for DVRG shareholders if in part share deal, unless all in cash, then would be a good deal for DVRG holders. Better to do it soon while at this price. An offer between 0.13p and 0.14p would take it. The company should have between 1 and 1.5 million in cash left from the money raised on the takeover a while back.

wow now under 0.10p to buy. Anyone selling will be at a loss as nothing below from the takeover under this. Warrants at 0.10p. Very temping to buy.... lol. If DVRG were going to buy, then very soon would be the time.

It'll just happen, like over at DNL, all awarding themselves extra shares and selling them no doubt.
