With the amount of shares now in existence and the current share price, this company is now valued at around 16m ! Before the life saving cash injection of 5m it was valued at around 1.5m. Even with an enterprise value (as the company now has a decent future with cash and GB on board as director)can anyone tell me why its value has jumped from 1.5m to 11m (minus cash). Answer, no as it's completely unsustainable at present. In the future, possibly. Sorry mallorca.

With over 5 billion shares being sold into......I doubt that. Look at the market cap.

On the contrary. Most of us think it is now a viable business with a good future going forward as you do. Just that we'll buy at half the price in a few weeks time.

This market sure is a bubble.

I'm not saying GB can turn this into a success medium term he probably will but all those pi's piling in at 150% premium, fair enough in tiny cash shells but not this.

All the vendors are laughing their heads off offloading for 150% profit.

They have no real revenue but 5 million in the bank now from the 6 billion 0.1p deal.

All the big pump and dump accounts on twitter seem to be ramping this one hard. Ok for them as they are in at 0.1p but trying to get their mug followers to pay 150-200% premium
is pretty low.

1p ramps already coming so from a £1 mil company to a potential £80 company ramp

they have zero shame

Onehanded ... yes I read all that. I have been involved in this industry so I know there will be pent up demand. I spent several years with Kratos in a senior role.

I also like the fact that the two senior directors are taking 100% of their fees in shares not cash.

That's quite a vote of confidence.

Nicely funded now with a very financially motivated Board Of directors

Yes mallorca, abs sure about that.There's no way he's going to stump up 1p a share when he can pay 0.1p a share through the placing.Good luck with your purchase, I think it's more or less a new start for Microsaic, new directors and now fully funded.

I could well imagine that if you tried to buy 50 million shares in one hit in the open market then the price could well be 1p ?

Either way, I bought a fairly substantial stake today (6.5m shares) at a tad under 0.3p
