Also assuming all warrants exercised if it got back to 0.5p market cap would be around £40 million

Before placing market cap would be £2.5 mil.

There's a lot of recovery priced in here before it even starts and I know GB has a good track record. I was in Skin at 0.44p when price was dead, thread was dead and the herds were nowhere to be seen and market cap was £2 mil.

Have to agree.

Once again it's the mindset of the decimal stocks.

If they raised £5 mil at 100p per share would so many small pi's be piling into this
at 250-300p today ?

That's because you only get 1000 shares at 300p, at 0.3p you get 1 million for a £3k punt, it looks a lot nicer to a small punter but to the vendors all laughing in at 0.1p it's even better.

This company was 1 month away for going into administration, no revenue, no cash and worth less than 1 million, now has 5 million is cash lol. Still no revenue...

Well done nik, it's good that erroneous info is corrected. These news providers like sharecast just take the rns and rehash it. Wouldn't be so bad if they could get the salient points correct!

In fact share cast made a complete Horlicks of the whole thing. GB subscribed for 90m shares @0.1p, inc 50m we subsequently learn subscribed by his wife. £90k is still a reasonable vote of confidence. GB also received 50m shares valued at 0.1p in lieu of fees.av

mallorca 9The information on the HL site is incorrect, they've got the decimal point wrong, imo.The release on Friday gives you all the info you need to know.GB certainly didn't pay 1p for his shares, he got the shares in the placing , at 0.1p.He's hardly likely to pay 10 times the placing price!!!So £50k, not £500k.Poor show from share cast news, always check the original release.ATBav

From the dvrg RNS this am

"The 194,942 shares were owned by my wife and she is using GBP50,000 of the total proceeds of her disposal to acquire 50,000,000 ordinary shares in Microsaic Systems plc. The timing of the disposal directly relates to the settlement date of the Placing announced on 5 February in a separate notification from Microsaic Systems plc."

Nik,

again just thinking about your post ....

you are correct that the recent oversubscribed placing was at 0.1p.

The Chairman then made an additional purchase over and above the placing.
This additional purchase was 50 million shares at 1p ..... this being the market price for a purchase of that size.

As above, this is recorded on the Hargreaves Lansdown site .... shares/ director buys.

Wasn't it 50 million at .1 p ? so £50000, and it looks like it was Mr Brandon's wife that bought. Not invested here, just on my watch list

Only £15m market cap with £5m cash recently issued.
Chairman purchasing 50 million shares at 1p.

I have now bought into this

It's great !

It's liking going to the checkout with your weekly £100 shop and seeing somebody else
paying £30-40 for the same goods.

I'd buy 500 million if I could get 0.1p and then I'd offload 0.2p+ easy money

Yeah nice for those in at 0.1p

For those paying 0.25p+ that's 150% more

I bet if this was a 100p raise and price was 250p to buy it would not be so popular
but for some reason decimal stocks seem to be a easier push

David,
yes I do disagree. But lets not fall out over it, you are as entitled to your opinion as I am. I participated substantially in the recent raise, but not before doing my research and understanding the nature of the institutional shareholders. Im in for the medium term at least.

Paddy.

There is a massive bubble in stocks atm and lots have insane valuations for little or no profits made by the companies.

I'm not saying the new team will not deliver, they have a good track record.

The point I'm making is in the old days if this got to 0.5p that would be a market cap of around £2.5-3 mil, if that happens again now with all the warrants etc etc that would be a market cap of £40 million.

The dilution has killed this. There's no value, others might disgaree

look at KIBO. a component part MAST was separated within the capital structure. Against that component part they went to market and raised £5 million on a pre money valuation of £15 million. The offer was substantially over subscribed. As yet this is not reflected in the Kibo share price, though the price has moved in that direction and continues to do so. There is nothing ridiculous about a rebate after a company has been recapitalised. dyor

lol

I saw tops ramping msys on twitter and spotted his usual 2 x 500k at just under 0.22p

They will get dumped for 0.25p if it gets there.

Too many shares in issue at 0.1p for me to get involved. at 0.3p market cap becomes 20 mil+

ridiculous, it was £1 mil before the placing and nobody was touching it.
