Nik,

again just thinking about your post ....

you are correct that the recent oversubscribed placing was at 0.1p.

The Chairman then made an additional purchase over and above the placing.
This additional purchase was 50 million shares at 1p ..... this being the market price for a purchase of that size.

As above, this is recorded on the Hargreaves Lansdown site .... shares/ director buys.

Wasn't it 50 million at .1 p ? so £50000, and it looks like it was Mr Brandon's wife that bought. Not invested here, just on my watch list

Only £15m market cap with £5m cash recently issued.
Chairman purchasing 50 million shares at 1p.

I have now bought into this

It's great !

It's liking going to the checkout with your weekly £100 shop and seeing somebody else
paying £30-40 for the same goods.

I'd buy 500 million if I could get 0.1p and then I'd offload 0.2p+ easy money

TIDMDVRGRNS Number : 2312ODeepverge PLC08 February 20218 February 2021DeepVerge PLC("DeepVerge" or "Company")Director/PDMR ShareholdingThe Company was notified on 5 February that Mrs Dagmara Brandon, the wife of Mr Gerard Brandon, the Company's Chief Executive, had on 4 February sold 194,942 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 32.05 pence per share. Mr Brandon's shareholding remains at 8,219,901 shares, representing 4.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. As a result of this share disposal, the Board has become aware that, inadvertently, Mrs Brandon's holding has not been included in Mr Brandon's shareholding disclosed in previous "Director/PDMR Shareholding" notifications since she acquired these shares on 20 November 2018 at an equivalent price of 6.5p per share (taking account of the recent 10:1 share consolidation).Gerry Brandon, CEO of DeepVerge, commented:"The 194,942 shares were owned by my wife and she is using GBP50,000 of the total proceeds of her disposal to acquire 50,000,000 ordinary shares in Microsaic Systems plc. The timing of the disposal directly relates to the settlement date of the Placing announced on 5 February in a separate notification from Microsaic Systems plc."

Yeah nice for those in at 0.1p

For those paying 0.25p+ that's 150% more

I bet if this was a 100p raise and price was 250p to buy it would not be so popular
but for some reason decimal stocks seem to be a easier push

David,
yes I do disagree. But lets not fall out over it, you are as entitled to your opinion as I am. I participated substantially in the recent raise, but not before doing my research and understanding the nature of the institutional shareholders. Im in for the medium term at least.

Paddy.

There is a massive bubble in stocks atm and lots have insane valuations for little or no profits made by the companies.

I'm not saying the new team will not deliver, they have a good track record.

The point I'm making is in the old days if this got to 0.5p that would be a market cap of around £2.5-3 mil, if that happens again now with all the warrants etc etc that would be a market cap of £40 million.

The dilution has killed this. There's no value, others might disgaree

look at KIBO. a component part MAST was separated within the capital structure. Against that component part they went to market and raised £5 million on a pre money valuation of £15 million. The offer was substantially over subscribed. As yet this is not reflected in the Kibo share price, though the price has moved in that direction and continues to do so. There is nothing ridiculous about a rebate after a company has been recapitalised. dyor

lol

I saw tops ramping msys on twitter and spotted his usual 2 x 500k at just under 0.22p

They will get dumped for 0.25p if it gets there.

Too many shares in issue at 0.1p for me to get involved. at 0.3p market cap becomes 20 mil+

ridiculous, it was £1 mil before the placing and nobody was touching it.

Personally and no disrespect to you, with 6 billion 0.1p Shares coming on today, yes some can't be sold yet, it leaves billions at 0.1p ready to be sold for 50% profit. Will wait for me and after 20 days more can be sold. Will look and see later next month if I wanted to get in. Takes 2 to get a market trade. The previous market low of 0.15 could be a buy level. Too early for the turn around, will take 6 months at least. If I had got some from the placing at 0.1p and could sell, I would be doing so very quickly before everyone else lol.

That's a bit disingenuous you know this is going up as soon as they announce it to be used with Deepverge microtox bt. I've bought in this morning but showing as a sell. So much for dropping.

The General Meeting has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on 4 February 2021 and by 10.22 they had agreed, written the RNS and sent the RNS lol. Wow long GM then, see a stitch up for those present holders.

Thought the RNS said tomorrow for the final announcement, unless you already know the confirmation!

A separate announcement will be made tomorrow relating to the planned Board changes which will become effective immediately following Admission.

Think you’ll be surprised, the placing was heavily oversubscribed and participants were scaled back. Look at what happened to MOS which was in a similar situation, it consequently rose 500% in a matter of weeks post fundraise. Not saying we’ll see the same here but it’s possible, certainly with the credible new management team.
