05/2/2021 11:02 | the yard, could you please expand on that remark, I am a fan of Gerald Brandon and have had a holding here for years. I also have Deepverge. I also managed to get a few of the placing shares but would like to buy some more !!!! | parsons4
05/2/2021 10:42 | Personally and no disrespect to you, with 6 billion 0.1p Shares coming on today, yes some can't be sold yet, it leaves billions at 0.1p ready to be sold for 50% profit. Will wait for me and after 20 days more can be sold. Will look and see later next month if I wanted to get in. Takes 2 to get a market trade. The previous market low of 0.15 could be a buy level. Too early for the turn around, will take 6 months at least. If I had got some from the placing at 0.1p and could sell, I would be doing so very quickly before everyone else lol. | onehanded
05/2/2021 09:51 | Looks like we've got a few taking profits. Will be buying on the dips, when or if. | the yard
05/2/2021 08:28 | That's a bit disingenuous you know this is going up as soon as they announce it to be used with Deepverge microtox bt. I've bought in this morning but showing as a sell. So much for dropping. | the yard
04/2/2021 14:14 | The General Meeting has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on 4 February 2021 and by 10.22 they had agreed, written the RNS and sent the RNS lol. Wow long GM then, see a stitch up for those present holders. Thought the RNS said tomorrow for the final announcement, unless you already know the confirmation! A separate announcement will be made tomorrow relating to the planned Board changes which will become effective immediately following Admission. | onehanded
04/2/2021 14:05 | Think you’ll be surprised, the placing was heavily oversubscribed and participants were scaled back. Look at what happened to MOS which was in a similar situation, it consequently rose 500% in a matter of weeks post fundraise. Not saying we’ll see the same here but it’s possible, certainly with the credible new management team. | aimbagger
04/2/2021 13:56 | 'wow that was a surprise, the motion to issue 6 million shares at 0.1pm has been approved' lol Tomorrow and / or next week could see a sell feast. 80% profit from all those involved lol. Bet it opens down at 2p or below. Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS) , the point-of-need mass spectrometry company, is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the fundraise, the share reorganisation and the proposed Board changes announced on 19 January 2021, all Resolutions were put to a meeting on a poll and were duly passed. The voting results from the General Meeting are included at the foot of this announcement. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 5,620,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), which comprise the Placing Shares, the Fees Shares and the Broker Option Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will occur and dealings will commence on 5 February 2021 at 8.00 a.m. | onehanded

04/2/2021 11:28 | I've added against the grain maybe ? Lets see, agm results all passed and shares to be issued. Onwards and upwards? gla | andyview
03/2/2021 14:43 | I see tomorrow the meeting to confirm everyone getting a bit of the 6 billion 0.1p shares, oh expect present holders, PI. Bet by next week it's at 1.5p. Not worth any holders holding, knowing it will drop and buy back 40% less next week. oh well another AIM special. though they may have been buying some in the last few days to get the vote through in % terms lol. Will be very interesting once the vote goes for the issuing of 6 billion shares at 0.1p, if all those involved who bought to get a positive result and vote, sell, as they have now got millions and millions at 0.1p.sorry in fact 6 billion between them. Can't wait to say 'wow that was a surprise, the motion to issue 6 million shares at 0.1pm has been approved' lol | onehanded
29/1/2021 11:33 | Expect more announcement of investment groups getting placing shares, Don't forget NONE of they are investing at the market price BUT at placing price of 0.1p. Funny a few weeks ago this was going into liquidation and into the administration with no revenue and just about cash to continue!! It had been up for sale for a month and nobody wanted it. | onehanded
27/1/2021 16:17 | Let's all re-visit this on or after next Thursday. | flashheart
27/1/2021 16:04 | yes but your conspiracy requires for there to be significant volume and for the mms to put themselves at risk. a) there is no volume worthy of the name here and b) the mms don't do that. Also for reference a million shares here is the equivalent around £3k hardly a big buy. Equating this with a company which was faffing about with its balance sheet is laughable. What the market is telling us is there are few buyers or sellers at this price. The shares are therefore tightly held. Any volume either way will have a huge effect. This share has volatility written all over it. You pays your money and you takes your choice. Don't blame a conspiracy, just take responsibility for any decisions you make and live with it. | paddyfool
27/1/2021 14:27 | 'In the real world conspiracies are way to hard to pull off,' - tell that to investors in the FTSE 100 company NMC healthcare last year that went into admin with over 6 billion pounds in hidden debt, wiping out all investors. If that can happen to a fully regulated FTSE 100 company then .... | onehanded
26/1/2021 22:59 | Really? To what end? This is a pure market. The MMs cannot afford to be caught with the baby. In the real world conspiracies are way to hard to pull off! Each to their own abs....the world is flat and 6,000 years old! | paddyfool
26/1/2021 14:01 | ah the million share + buy (only 4.5k lol) to keep the share price from dropping any more from those about to get 5.5 billion at 0.1p lol. | onehanded
26/1/2021 10:45 | I agree with that. The market is just full of idiots, they do not seem to understand the facts and are happily paying 3-4 times as much as the big boys, it's happening everywhere which is why it's called a bubble. Nice while it continues but when it bursts a horrible bear market | dave4545
26/1/2021 10:39 | thats a load of tosh, no ones buying shares to maintain a price. the market will only sustain a price based on buying and selling. | paddyfool
26/1/2021 10:30 | SP will fall but investment groups who will get the 0.1p shares want price to be kept up and are buying 1 million + shares to keep it that way. Eventually nearing Feb 4th MM will rapidly lower price. | onehanded
26/1/2021 09:55 | As always spot on Dr. When this bubble bursts sometime this year stocks with fancy valuations will collapse and people will have trouble selling 100k or £300's worth | dave4545
26/1/2021 09:46 | “There is no doubt they have a ground breaking product”. Sorry I have to disagree with that. It’s neither particularly cheap or high performing. Yes it’s compact, but so what? Every major lab I’ve been into has their own high performance MS, and this has the benefit of being run using an integrated software package (eg MassHunter) that fits in with the LIMS and is a great advantage come inspection time as all the data is easily accessible. The sales they achieved never got close to covering their costs, most of the distributors they signed up were terrible and the agreements got nowhere. Last feb there was an RNS about a partnership with ascend. This went nowhere, neither did others such as stable arm look at their websites hxxps://www.axcendco hxxp://stablearm.com The UK distributor hadn’t sold any after having the product for 6 months. The company was up for sale for months and no-one took an interest until the final moment. They market is about to be flooded with 0.1p shares, if I was a holder I’d sell now. Having said all that, DV must see something - they really need to take radical action to build a competent distributor network, cut costs, sort out manufacturing. Whether they have the authority or ability to do that I’m not sure. But to me I see a few more years of limping on, no real sales (they need to go up by 10x, not just double) and stagnation. I really hope I’m proved wrong, UK plc needs exporting hitech companies, but I don’t believe in this outfit. | dr biotech
26/1/2021 09:05 | Hi parsons. Yes consolidation at some point would be the way to go. I think your existing position here will now be fine in due course but like you I would be looking at around 0.15 for my entry. A very promising proposition to invest in now is MSYS just not the price......yet. | flashheart |
