Garth,

I have to admit that the revenues are not that great. I think that MSYS are looking to breakthrough with a major tie up on bio-processing which they nearly pulled off beginning of the year. If they do get anywhere near in big contract, then this will certainly re-rate but in the meantime, it seems to be languishing.

Think you misunderstood my reply if you thought I was being aggressive !

I'm not trying to encourage anybody to buy or sell atm. For me holding I think a Rns will eventually land and the price will spike and I can sell a lot higher. But I'm not confident to buy more in the market. I will just sit on what I have.

They do have history of some large spikes from sub 1p levels

Dave,

it was a genuine question - seeking a genuine response. (Edited.)

What am I missing? They look to have grow revenues massively to break even, and cash is draining fast. When are they forecasting that to happen and what is going to drive it?

Again, genuine question - what am I missing in the investment case? Or is it just about being in it to sell the bounce?

Yeah no point in buying then, but certainly no point in selling either at 0.7p. When this announces their next tie up watch the herd chase it up that is why I do not sell
what I have left.

Dave,

why are you in this one? I have had a look at it a couple of times. At circa £300K revenue and losses circa 5 times that they just look in trouble down the line. Being valued at cash doesnt help - if the cash is heading down the drain then the share price can reasonably be expected to do the same...

What am I missing?

250k seller still hammering the price and selling whenever they can get a quote. 500k buyer allowed them to sell another 2 x 250k

When they are exhausted I think you'll see a reasonable bounce

Unbelievable that mm's push the price down savagely on small sells. Daylight robbery

250k sale at 0.715p

Going to buy more but going to wait first and see how low these distressed sellers will bail for

Valued at cash now although that tends to mean nothing in a bear market when there is high cash burn.

Need a deal, something must be due as it's been ages since the last one.

I agree "knowing" I'm waiting for that one big deal that will transform the company, management are not daft, they know what to do in the next 18 months especially in China or South Korea

Any "White Label" deal will see this up over 100%. The strides that the company have taken with the appointment of new Distributors in key markets is vital to their growth. I would think that discussions in some of their key markets may be well advance especially China.

Thanks Dr, I'll hope management is in a similar state of mind as you are and they will strike an attractive deal to secure the company's future

No. The product is of interest and that could easily be licensed without taking on the ancillary staff. Every major instrument manufacturer has its own sales/technical teams.

If this was a private company then they would have about 1/4 of the staff and the pay would be a lot lower (admittedly progress would be slower). Can’t help but look at sphere medical that have just gone under. Managed to produce a 4th generation product without selling any of the previous three, and they paid themselves handsomely until the cash (from Woodford) ran out. It’s not so bad here, but the directors salaries are more than the total sales.

The results talk about a product being released in the 2nd half of 2020. A year from now they will probably have less than a years cash left, so without a fund raise or major improvement in revenue it’s going to be quite tight. Hopefully they can pull a rabbit out of the hat and reward all the holders.

I’ll keave you guys alone now, hope it works out.

That;s ok bones.

I just feel at 1p offer there is strong support and if we wait at that level the company will sign something up and we'll get 30-50% out of it on a spike perhaps more if it's the right deal.

I always buy some more at 1p or under, another great opportunity

All tucked away, will check back on progress next year

Unfortunately, Dave, the company consistently spends £3M+ per annum and loses well over £2M. That cash will soon deplete so they need to find a catalyst for growth or else it’s the begging bowl once more.

I have reduced my position considerably at an indecent loss as I did not feel the mood music with the interims update, especially with a hint of operational delays in place and no mention about sales momentum via the new distributors.

Like you, I feel the need for cash in my account!

Once again strong support at 1p offer and always well bid around the 0.9p area.

Seeing as we were 1.7p recently you can understand why with cash covering most of the lower valuation
