Monty I think you have lost the plot .A lot of gullible people will have lost a lot of money with your wild prediction. I have been following this thread and it amazes me .I think this time you may be right. At £2.75 or less I may join .

Bears want this to 275p, looks like they will succeed. The three bears, especially Gladstone Capital must be happy with largest short.

Integration issues and new internal systems will not be resolved/implemented until November 2020/February 2021 - if you believe management.

In fact, the integration and new system spend is mind blowing. From the 2019 year end report:

HPE Software related actual exceptional charge of $294.3m. Total HPE software exceptional forecast spend still on target at $960M assuming delivery of systems
project to current schedule.

Costs are bound to increase and in true Micro Focus fashion will be added to the current debt pile.

Problem here is massive debts, and a weak market position. They did not seem to even mention the integration issues they were confronted with the year end set of results most recently. This is likely snookered!

Unfortunately, Micro Focus lack any ground breaking tech that could even be used in the current climate for people working remotely (e.g. Teamviewer, Vmware). HP would have held onto the decent tech products. Instead, Micro Focus are left with HP's Grandpa Software to flog.

As stated before IMHO, today based on present fundamentals, anything less than 550 is a grand bargain for the currently much undervalued MCRO shares; Tech companies are now proving to be immensely more resilient during this Pandemic since most companies are now forced to rely on technology even more than before and this trend will start to reflect in the MCRO business a lot sooner than most anticipate today, and later once global normalcy resumes this trend will still further continue, truly massive upsides lie ahead here IMO, please DYOR.

Add Lock's later purchase at 368p and currently a paper loss close to £1m. Must be kicking himself.

Also Greg Locke bought 1.5 million pounds worth of stock at 786p 4 months ago.

That was my point.

I've followed Greg before at Kofax and also Computercentre PLC (think that was the name) and he in both of those companies bought multiple times and in quantity.

Any day MCRO is not down by 8% or more is considered a good performance for the stock, in line with their abysmal fundamentals.
