28/12/2003 21:38 | Reduced losses but I doubt this was what people were hoping for on this BB? "It is our intention to raise further equity in the near future to support the future strategy of the group." Does this mean a share dilution? | stued
23/12/2003 11:07 | CST- will take off early in the new year...here are some interesting facts. I leave you with the most recent news release from the board of CST: LONDON (AFX) - Constellation Corporation PLC turned around to a pretax profit of 56,000 stg for the first half to June 30 2003 from a loss of 586,000 stg a year earlier. It said it is hopeful of continuing to generate profits, albeit small, for the remainder of this financial year. Turnover for the half year was 690,000 stg, up from 578,000 which includes 273,000 stg relating to discontinued activities. "This is a significant achievement given the continuing difficulties faced by our sector," the board said. It said the company is continuing to explore ways to secure its income stream and is seeking to enter into longer term 'retainer' contracts with certain clients to provide such security, having already secured a retainer agreement with a leading FTSE 100 company. newsdesk@afxnews.com slm/ | robert_gammon2001

08/12/2003 17:37 | terry91.... Annual report due on or around 12th December & next results due on or around 19th December, but no dates announced yet. Last results indicated MAP possibly moving back into profit soon, if not on the results due this month, certainly by first set of results next year, IMHO. Overall a very good chance of a decent run up to forthcoming results, in any case. | captainspock

05/12/2003 09:16 | On 14th November 2003, NOIT (New Opportunities IT) made an announcement that it was going to terminate the management agreement that it had with MG Capital's subsidiary, NSL. The extract is as follows: "As part of the proposals, the management services agreement entered into between NOIT and NOIT Services Limited ("NSL") at the time of the Company's launch in 2002 will be terminated." That agreement provides that 3% of the NAV of New Opportunities IT should be paid in the event of termination. This means that MG Capital is due to announce the receipt of almost £1 million for the early termination of their agreement with NOI. In addition, I'm sure there are other new contracts that will be announced which were alluded to in earlier statements made by MAP. The share price is undervalued, and the information is already out. | pylon
