So we seem to be looking at 12th December for Annual Report followed by 19th December for Prelim results.

Could be interesting IMHO.

I think it is too soon to say but hopefully this is a sign that we will be back up soon towards 1p at least.

Still awaiting confirmation of actual date for results, but should be sometime from 3rd December onwards.

Does anyone else have any further info on results date ??

I think we need a little patience here as the results are still 2-3 weeks away & more likely to see some positive action next week at the earliest, rather than this week.

1 x 100K sell trade was not what made the price drop today- it was obviously marked down purely due to markets trends (a lot of red all over the place today !!).

After all I really do not think Charles Fowler transferred 3,837,444 ordinary shares in MG Capital plc to his Self Invested Pension Plan on 23/09/03 at a price of 0.45p per share for fun !!

IMHO we are looking to break the 1p mark short term either in the run up to the results or just after, but you just don't know !!

However I am starting to come round to the opinion that MAP is more of a long term hold.

Finally some activity after a couple of days of zero volume. Interesting to see a 300,000 trade at 0.5p.
Any thoughts as to the performace over the next couple of weeks?

MAP has entered a nice upward trend now, any sustained buying will push this stock skywards imho.

MG Capital has issued 9,757,230 new ordinary shares in satisfaction of an
outstanding obligation. Application will be made for these shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM.


The announcements on 18 September and 2 October 2003 concerning the transfer by
Charles Fowler of shares in MG Capital to his Self Invested Pension Plan
described transfers which, for technical reasons, have proved incapable of
completion and should therefore be ignored. In order to correct the technical
defects in the earlier transactions, on 4 November Mr. Fowler's brokers sold
6,217,110 ordinary shares at 0.645p per share to his Self Invested Pension Plan.
As previously announced, there has been no change in the number of shares in
which Mr. Fowler is interested.

Nice dig on the UPS thread Captain !!! Not me mate, I think this is a winner, am certainly not looking to make a "small profit" on this one. Expect to see some further increases over the next week or so.

It would be interesting to know how little stock the MM's hold, there was some suggestion that there was a big overhang, you well and truly knocked that theory out of the window with your purchase that forced a MM BUY.
