14/5/2019 08:44 | Has anybody been wiped out at the poker table by the prof's financial firepower? If so , you may have a claim. | bionicdog

14/5/2019 08:34 | I understand your point of view but any buyer would undertake full due diligence before purchasing a book, only time will tell... | fast mover
14/5/2019 08:26 | fast mover - who is going to buy the book of business when they know the quality of Metro's management and have their suspicions about the quality of their underwriting of loans. There must be a reason why directors have been unable to announce the full rights issue yet ......... | future financier
14/5/2019 08:10 | Dead cat bounce this dog with flees is bust sell sell sell | bricktycoon
14/5/2019 08:04 | I am going to start accumulating sub £5.00 as I want the rights issue... I strongly believe this bank will survive. The service they offer supersedes all the banks in the UK. They are not going under as we are not in 2008. Their lending criteria is 60% LTV if they sell the commercial book and raise the capital their CET1 will be 14+ and they continue growing.l and taking more market share. The rumour mongering will end once the rights issue is concluded. DYOR | fast mover
14/5/2019 07:51 | I would not touch these shares with a barge pole, the management is not taking actions. It will just deepen the losses, which will also affect other financial firms as you have a mini-run on the UK financial system. Metro Bank should never have been given a banking license. | this_time_its_different
14/5/2019 07:48 | gowiththe flo, But why not just do what cbart is telling you ? | arja
14/5/2019 07:46 | Sure, shares are cheap, but they are cheap for a reason. Pricing in a potential administration. If Metro survive, these shares are going over £10 easily. | this_time_its_different
14/5/2019 07:45 | Wait until they get the RI away. That should put a floor under the share price but they are dragging it out! | pictureframe
14/5/2019 07:43 | The current NTA value excluding goodwill per share @£12 ( say £1.2 billion) plus the expected £350m - shares are cheap and the shorters better beware as enough is enough - already bought quite few and more today. DYOR as always..... | gowiththeflo
14/5/2019 07:41 | They better get that 350 million, or these shares are going to tank. The road to administration is a fast one, if investors know these shares are worthless, they are not going to be paying £5 a share for them. | this_time_its_different
14/5/2019 07:22 | Metro P/E 20 Lloy P/E 10 Barc P/E 8 | pictureframe
14/5/2019 07:18 | Queues Forming ! | chinese investor
14/5/2019 06:40 | Safe only to 85k, I would not keep a penny above that in any bank. Safe deposit boxes will be safe as well, but would be locked up in administration, so may take months or longer to get out valuables. | this_time_its_different
14/5/2019 03:45 | This has zero written all over it sell sell sell bank run underway. Veron up to his old antics. Fraudulent complacencies at work shareholders will be left penniless Debenhams mark 2 here crispin odey is usually when short this much right hahahahaha always right shareholders about to be wiped out sub £2 this week | bricktycoon
13/5/2019 22:46 | For mushrooms and lemmings only. Way too high. Customers money is safe, but confidence has been shredded in the management ‘nous’ of this fantasy management. No heart , No sense, there just in it for a paycheque. | escapetohome
13/5/2019 21:44 | What a bunch of muppets | tradejunkie2
13/5/2019 19:25 | Surely Vernon will take Metro Bank private if the share price dropped to £1.00 l?it would be capitalised at £100mill making £50mill net profit per annum.PE of 2The mortgage book has massive value and a competitor I would swallow it up? | fast mover
13/5/2019 19:22 | Do you think the B of E would allow a UK bank to go to the wall with Brexit around the corner? The bank is profitableInterest rates are lowThey just need cash to support future growth I am client and rate their corporate and private client services. When they sure up the balance sheet with the rights issue what will happen to the shorts? | fast mover
13/5/2019 19:21 | Could this fall to 100p in the next trading sessions. | blueball
13/5/2019 16:49 | Closed at the 52 week low of 475. The shorters called this spot on.Well done to those bandits :) | sunnybeachboy
