There is value in MPH certainly to 300p-400p.Serious re-rating will be needed here.Roll on results.MPH worthy consideration buy or add fundementals,value and chart not forgetting dividend of course.Strong hold.More to come here.aimvho.

Lex, it certainly wont do us any harm and maybe internationally LC is a bigger name that it is in the UK, however its reputation here is that of a low cost budget jean within Matalan and has been for several years. Of course nothing is as fickle as fashion and that could all change with rebranding and a big marketing drive. Very happy to hold and pleased the management winning new deals and so close to results as well.

Note "WORLDWIDE." As you will no doubt know luxury and designer sells and sells well with good margins.Big earner.

MPH getting ready for next leg up.Chart uptrend and extremely promising.

Beleive there is fantastic value to be had down at these lowly levels.If CCT has t/p of 250p then MPH with fewer shares in in issue guesstimate 340p.Minimum of 300p+

fwiw personally think MPH has potential & punch to go straight through 200p up.Waiting for results.

MPH worthy of research.Good solid investment imo below,well below true value providing margin for safety,excellent management team,growth and income.aimvho.dyor.


For chartbuffs fingersxxd frequently mention mid points 187.5p is one on way to 200p.

Think I mentioned in an earlier post watched a prog.about denim,specifically designer denim which sells and sells well outiques to larger stores.Obviously have younger groups,however,appeals & sells well 40s-50s and 60s upwards i.e all age groups.

This is a very lucrative deal for Marchpole,bodes well results and future earnings.

Marchpole Holdings plc, (LSE: MPH), the fast growing fashion brand management

Good morning everyone.

Tick up pre-open this morning probably due to 50k and 5k buy showing towards close on friday.Ask up on early trades.Have to see whether any buys trades delayed and or T trade being worked.

Furthermore mms must be aware of front page of Sunday Times Business about Marchpole near to agreement with Lee Cooper for designer range of denim.Official on issue of RNS announcements.Makes you wonder what other deals and exciting news there is in the pipeline.

Guesstimate MPH worth at least 250p and probably north of 300p+.Whatever price value to be had here methinks.

All will be revealed in Results onwards.Less than 3 weeks to go. Holding.aimvho.dyor.

Most impressed with Marchpole.Patience has been required,however,during consolidation just above 100p(20p) many months of 2006,108p-112p 2006-2007 and then witness rises to 140p+ and 160p+. If you care to look back in time over various market corrections MPH has been robust and share price held.

There are very good reasons,no co-incidence for robustness of price and subsequent rises.Main one being value.It is evident to me that MPH is undervalued,possibly grossly undervalued.Trust re-ratings follow on from results and additional serious re-rating to include bringing Marchpole more in line with its peers than present trading at a discount to them.

I have always been a great fan and bullish about Marchpole even when not holding.MPH perhaps better potential investment than CCT at this point in time? Time will tell.aimvho.dyor.

Picture and article in The Sunday Times BUSINESS bang smack in the middle of front page! Can't miss it for reasons previously stated. lol

Buyer of 50k timed it right methinks.Probably had absolutely no idea of leak about Marchpoles 'imminent' (my word in place of 'is set to') deal with Lee Cooper.

Fashion prog. this week highlighted the importance of designer jeans and denim being top sellers. A 'must have' designer stock item.Luxury designer appeals and sells well all age groups.

"Good jeans...Fashion group Marchpole is set to agree a deal with Lee Cooper, maker of traditional jeans like those above, to creat a designer men's and women's denim range, right. The group will produce two collections for the spring/summer 2008 season. Marchpole's Jean Charles de Castelbajac label will design the two ranges."

great to hear from you and pleased that you are still holding, sorry to hear about your health problems and trust you are making a speedy recovery. Great news in Times today and I believe more deals are being lined up. Results should be stonking and I have pencilled in 23p eps, may be a bit optimistic will have to wait and see.
