lets face it...if we see a contract or deal then its clear things are still going okay and we may see 30-40p quite quickly.

its either;

dead cat bounce
pump and dump, then busto
stakebuilding for takeover at low price.

place your bets.

Darn shame Momentos threw the charts out of the pram with the rest of his toys. After over half a year of chart decline it would be nice to see the recent rise.

re- Sorry, but I agree with pbracken as the 200k trade

Will any consider then than being a trade of 66 times the NMS 3K the trade can be delayed for a couple days or more. ( they reported by mistake )

When I had Level 2 ( I cancelled it 2 week ago), I could see many large trades cancelled and then back one hour later, but this one is supper large on NMS

taffee,

By doing nothing, you achieve nothing. One can at least try. As a counter-example to Torex, consider CFE, where the "action group" achieved it's objectives.

No outcome is guaranteed but if you don't act, you do guarantee that you influence nothing.

Cheers,

Mark

Sorry, but I agree with pbracken as the 200k trade is also showing on the LSE (London South East) website as having been cancelled. In any case this is hardly relevant as it has been left well behind with the share purchases.

I would thoroughly recommend shareholders consider buying at this level....action groups seem pointless historically as learnt from torex retail...they just bust the company and no-one gets anything

As this board is viewed by Marchpole, I will not be posting information here but will disseminate it via MPAHGRP e-mails. I feel we may be reaching rather a critical stage.

If you haven't yet signed up to the action group, please do so (including the size of your current shareholding) so you can be kept informed.

WATCH THIS SPACE.

Thanks,

Mark

Bear in mind he owned much more than that before going public, draws a handsome salary, an enormous bonus and excessive expenses and wants to keep contol. His big mistake imho was ever going public in the first place. I suppose it gave him kudos in the Stanmore area and opened more doors for doing deals.

The 200K trade is irrelevant: it has been cancelled.

re - he bothered to own 20% of the company

on any MBO that high % helps to do the final deal
