An excellent portfolio update today, with impressive revenue growth across the Software & the Internet Portfolio, with more to come and I further note managements confidence in this regard -

"confidence that we will be able to create significant shareholder value and realise profitable cash exits from both portfolios in the near to medium term."

Merc will be presenting at the Sharesoc event in Edinburgh on 20 Feb.
They never miss the chance of a relatively inexpensive event, where they can drum up trade.

I hold and live in hope as a punt. No glory in this one yet no matter how undervalued.

The only way they can move this forward, for shareholders, is to pay dividends, and they CEO told me personally that dividends are not part of the financial model for the business.

I agree.As a shareholder, I see nothing in the business model that provides for any returns to shareholders.
Any revenue/profit is divvied out amongst the executives and advisors.
