Don't be ridiculous, the Eastern European's have been returning home for sometime.Don't you listen to the news?Even the Polish premier mentions the same. The problem will be tariffs.Brexiteers appear to believe there's some international capitalist conspiracy. They don't appear to be able to do the simplest computation to recognise that leaving the most lucrative trade club in history after 45 years will have adverse economic consequences.

Steeplejack, it's hardly surprising that businesses that have slashed their costs by employing cheap labour from Eastern Europe are crying 'Catastrophe!!' at moving to WTO terms.
That bit is obvious right? Are you easily brainwashed by big business in other regards too?

REMAINER RAT UPDATE

Just checked and Juncker has been despatched. Now for minerve.

It’s a narrow route to the trap so I may have to widen it a bit to allow “porky” to get in. Still here’s hoping.

We now have a John Lewis’s own brand vacuum cleaner and it works a treat. Used to have a heavy duty VAX which was brilliant when decorating.

However, have several friends who work at Dyson who say it’s a brilliant company to work for. They also say that they see James Dyson regularly (they are not managers) and he is charming.

"What sort of plonker waits until it's dark, cold and wet before he decides to empty the vacuum cleaner?"

Bukko, the same sort of plonker who goes to a third rate polytechnic and spends all day every day trolling on ADVFN and claiming he founded a London-listed 'stock market darling'?

Minny, I don't have a Tesla but my boss has just bought her second brand new one. She lives in Carcassonne at the weekends and has a big farmhouse on a large plot. The Tesla has a 'summon' feature where it comes to the front of her house on its own to collect her when she presses a button. Pretty good eh? Apparently you can do it from your phone too if the keys aren't on you. These are some of the pleasures in life Minny. I don't have a Tesla but my wife is about to get her 7th new Mini Countryman in a few weeks time - the last one is almost 6 months old so is getting on a bit...

To be totally honest,we lost the instructions for the Dyson. The suck diminished and diminished until the vacuum had difficulty picking up a cornflake.I returned to the shop to inform of our disappointment. The assistant looked confused but luckily another customer provided an explanation and informed us of the tiresome requirement to dismantle the machine and clean its innards. The machine was thus returned to full health but soon after failed completely and I took it to the rubbish tip.Luckily,Henry arrived and we’ve been content ever since.

PS....No mention on Dyson adverts about cleaning the filter just waffle about being bagless. Also when you empty a Dyson (outside)there’;s a tendency for the wind to whip up the dirt and deposit it all over your clothes.Henry doesn’t do that.

ryelodge has posted again today. When evaluating his contribution, do not forget that he is fact the same person as MEANWHILE, but wearing sheeps clothing.

My wife likes the Dyson cordless for its lightness, but I prefer the VAX for its better suction power.
Now steeplejack finds cleaning the filters every 3 months troublesome, requiring light shaking and washing with water. Well, life will have its serious downsides.

Of course, getting has to look for things to spend his money on.

A DINK has a vacuum in his life - all his life!

Dyson - overrated tack IMO.

Of course, it doesn't surprise me that getting has one. He is a perfect chimp for such things. Probaly has Hive iphone controlled thermostats and a Tesla go-Kart.

We had a Dyson for a few years and we weren't that impressed.Washing out the filter was a pain. Now a Henry vacuum is top notch, the preferred vacuum of the average tradesman, decorator.Nothing poncey about Henry,he's tough, robust,he'll digest your rug if instructed.A first class vacuum at a reasonable price....step this way

Steeplejack, but as ever, the product of a Welsh poly hasn't got the brain-power to realise that most people empty it outside, straight into their green bin, thus avoiding the need for a bag...

Surprised many of the posters here were not invited to Davos to contribute their economic insights , and views on Plymouth Argyle. If they were we might get some discussion on Melrose here.

So you vacuum the house with said Dyson cleaner with no bag. Great. HEPA filter in place. Great. Place clean.

Not so quick my friend!

How do you get said dust into bin?

Empty product into bag and place in bin. Wait a minute I thought no bag was needed!

OK, empty Dyson into bin. Wait a minute, isn't that going to release said dust back into the house.

Hi folks. Did you miss me?

The run went better than I thought it might, but a bit knackered. Only managed about 4k, but first time out.

I like posting because minerve is so easy to wind up. When things are a bit flat, or I want a bit of fun, I just post and he's there like a well trained dog.

minerve.......Whoof.

As quick as that. Well, sometimes a bit slower depending how much he has had to drink!

I understand Getting feeling of superiority. You could never feel inferior, could you?

But not sure about him making me feel alive. No, I am sure. Definitely not.

Anyway, in respect to minerve he will be the next "Remainer Rat" after Juncker. There again the cirrhosis of the liver may get him too. Who knows. I have a feeling he is a porky rat!!!

Come back tomorrow for the exciting episode of "The Remainer Rat Trap".

You know it makes sense.

The thing is,on the quiet,Brexitplus,Getting,Yertiz et al all like Minerve’s company. He entertains, challenges and interests the group. We all have much more in common than divides us.Historically,if the English ever felt in need of an act of unification,theyR17;d leap on a horse and go and beat up the Scots. If feeling confident, then the French.Identify the real enemy.Remember,If Minerve wasn’t here, you’d miss him.Minerve makes you feel alive!
