Good to see Nigel Farage re-entering the fray. Will take lots of disenchanted voters from Tories, UKIP and Labour.

Don’t put anything past him.

Yes, Minerve, the housebuilders do look good. We already have some Taylor Wimpey bought during the brexit dip in 2016.

MEANWHILE.

Thank you.

I hope you are taking the opportunity to buy cheap domestic stocks ATM. You know some of the housebuilders balance sheets are so strong they will ride the economic cycle. Taylor Wimpey yielding 10% not long ago. Highest yielder in the FTSE 100 last time I looked.

Of course Welsh lamb will prosper. Doesn't take much vision to see that really, does it? Remainers don't seem to be able to see beyond the current status quo for some reason. The EU is a protectionist racket and the masses are starting to wake up to that, here, in Italy, in France, in Hungary etc etc.

Minerve,
I think Welsh lamb will prosper, because as well as the EU buying it, tariff free, we'll be able to sell it tariff free around the world.

I make no secret of the fact that I'm not keen on large organisations and rules for their own sake and believe that the EU is setting itself up, with its mafia style governance, as a fortress, to eventually sustain only itself. When we're free of the EU, we can rejoin the world.

I know we'll never agree on this, Minerve, but you remain my favourite poster on account of your free spirit. You would make a good brexiteer.

Minerve, do you have a source of Jaffa oranges now? I never see them.

I would rather support the Israeli, Californian or Floridan fruit growers, all with great products, than some mafia run outfit producing 2nd rate product in Spain, but the EU forbids it, or taxes it to death. Maybe the Spanish ones would improve if they had to compete.

By accident of our discussion, we've found the No 1 reason we should leave.

This looks interesting.

I used to love 6d huge Jaffa oranges, not the puny little Spanish things we get now.

If the EU wants to play air games we can just ban EU flights across our airspace. Neither will ever happen. Is all FAKE NEWS.

You can buy whatever oranges you want MEANWHILE. You just need to put more effort in.

Well, I wish everyone could have the time, and be so concerned, about insignificant things. Perhaps pensioners need to find something to occupy their minds a little more. This is ridiculous and if we have a second referendum hopefully many have reached their senses and we can get some sense of normality back.

"Jaffa oranges.. really. Is that it?"

Yes, Minerve, that's exactly it. The freedom to buy either Jaffa or Spanish oranges.

The 2nd referendum (people's vote) idea gains ground.

But why should parliament decide whether or not we have one. If these democrats are so keen on giving the people a say, they should first suggest a people's vote on whether or not we want a 2nd vote on brexit.

The ballot paper would be simple - "Do you want a 2nd referendum"?

I'm pleased to see Farage coming back. All those remainer MP's "putting the national interest first" might return to putting something else first, like it's always been, and keep their heads down.

Tells you ALL you need to know about this antiquated circus.

Are you a proud Royal Brexiter now Brexit? ROFLMAO!

There's one massive positive. Someone on this board said they'd move to Scandinavia in the event of a 'No Deal'. Pray for No Deal everyone. Start packing your suitcase Minny!

MEANWHILE

The cap has been considered as a means to mitigating the chaos that (mostly) idiots have created for this wonderful future we can all look forward to.

I want to know what positive thing I will see in my life after a Hard-Brexit.

Do I need to keep my fingers crossed?

Minerve,
I can't see why this would happen, why new agreements on UK/EU flights would be any less than existing ones.

It may be time to apply a bit of science, for example 'Perturbation Theory'.
"Perturbation theory comprises mathematical methods for finding an approximate solution to a problem, by starting from the exact solution of a related, simpler problem. A critical feature of the technique is a middle step that breaks the problem into "solvable" and "perturbation" parts."

Similar, related problems to that of our relationship with the EU are known worldwide.

Looks like a cap is going to go in place for UK-EU flights if it is a Hard-Brexit.

"Airports Council International has suggested that the cap could lead to the loss of 140,000 new flights and nearly 20m passengers between the UK and EU this year."

But don't worry folks, the lovely and well-educated Brexiters, including our own resident getting, have informed us they will have their yearly holiday in Blackpool. Thanks guys!

THE BENEFITS OF BREXIT JUST KEEP ON ROLLING IN!
