62m is not significant.
Relative to the CCCAL loan.
No use as a shell without Lance.
Could flatpack it and CCCAL takes the subsidiary.
Minority shareholders have no input; they rely on CCCAL guarantee.

Well Lance is going to have to dig deep if MDZ are going to survive.

CCCAL can convert its loans into equity.
Its all Lance's capital anyway.
Let him try to do that to the EP&F loan.

only option is to convert shareholder loans into equity.

Say MDZ manage a small rights issue maybe 150k.
That would be a significant % of the equity.
& the dilution to existing shareholders.

It's worth noting that at the current 0.045 pence share price the shares are still valued at twice what EP&F Capital, who are also controlled by O'Neill/CCCAL, value their MDZ shareholding in their latest accounts.

Check companieshouse.gov.uk for EP&F, and page 9 in the annual report for confirmation.

EP&F Capital hold 26,448,571 shares and they are valuing these at a mere £5,959 which is only only 0.023 pence per share.

see below for mdz shareholdings.

The net working capital deficit has ballooned by 25% to £1.25M. That's my rationale for valuing the MDZ equity at zero pence.

Not surprisingly Shareprophets have reiterated their AVOID/SELL rating on these results.

These interim results today are a disgrace. A collapse in revenues and a £228,000 loss.
Fair value is zero pence IMO.

CCCAL has been registered as an investment fund in Alderney.

Everyone and their dog knows this!

Laughably the NOMAD doesn't seem to give a damn. Neither does AIM regulation.

Are you suggesting that cccal is an undisclosed related party?

New all time low. Why is this company even listed?

Why have the intangibles not been impaired. After over a decade of losses it must be obvious an impairment is required.

Fair value is still zero for me given the net working capital deficit of a million quid.

All shareholders can do is wait for the inevitable placing and see if this company will stagger on for another 12 months.

Seems a large chunk of the placing proceeds disappear into O'Neill/CCCAL's pockets every time.

Has anyone received a reply from lance.oneill@cccal.net yet?

And what excuse did Lance provide for the "serious loss of capital"?

Live nearby, Can't vote as shares held in bank nominee account, but it's always good to see what the set-up is like and to meet the 'staff'. Added after the AGM.
