I'm amazed 7 people this morning have bought the stock.

There's stocks out there making money that cannot get anybody to buy the shares
yet some people think those results were worth buying.

Shareprophets have reiterated their bargepole/sell rating today

They also note the glaring disparity between the trading update and todays results. How can a trading update 2 months AFTER the year end be so far out?? How is this possible?

They also don't understand why MDZ are "pleased" to announce todays results.

Well it is a gravy train for some.
In the sub Mediazest International:
Spouse of Director is an employee
Son of a Director provides consultancy services.
Running out of room on the invoice discount facility aswell.

Can you credit how the share price is hanging onto only a 6.25% dive!

The company had only £38k in hand - how much left now, or is it a negative?

The company might at best be an add-on for another business but at next to zero value imo, or will they found some other mug PI`s to keep them going, to make their advisers a decent fee?

No question about a placing. But who would participate in it and at what kind of reduced price to make it worthwhile. This is going one way only. What a shame.

rusty9717 - It was a fair assumption as he had been reducing but no RNS yet so maybe not.

The next set of results will be interesting. Can be classed as a going concern if they are still making losses and raising small amounts for cashflow purposes? Be an interesting read regardless.

The number of shares sold definitely suggest that it is Hallett offloading more. RNS shortly will tell.

It not only looks bad, if he continues selling his stake there is no reason this will not go to new lows as there seems little appetite for this companies stock and bar a few bounces looks as though it is headed for the junk heap ratings winner of the month.

There is no denying the biggest shareholder selling in the open market looks very bad especially since he only acquired his 20% shareholding 5 or 6 months ago.

If things were really improving why is Hallett forced to sell his shares in the open market? I'd have expected the other directors to take his shares especially since he sold at well below the last 0.15p placing price.

Back to near where I sold out! I only wish I'd waited another month or 2 and I would have actually made a profit by selling over 0.2p.... however boredom eventually got the better of me. For the record I won't be buying back in now!

He is obviously not buying into the Lance dream anymore. This will be costing him a packet to get out of. Paper losses becoming crystalised. The share price will tank if he keeps selling which will make raising funds harder.

Blimey Hallet selling out. It was a complete mystery why he was buying this in the first place but the assumption was he knew what he was doing. Obviously not.

Oh yes I still have a few,many thanks.
It was a very long time ago I bought into them and it certainly has been a dodgy ride. As they are such a small amount,value-wise,and they haven't done well to be fair, I had put them on the back-burner .
Actually you stimulated me to look at the financials again and that's the best they've looked for years!
Whether it's a sign of a turnaround I don't know but I don't have enough to really keep informed.
