Delist "due to overheads"
Change to a ltd.
Move the registered office off shore; Alderney.
Capital reconstruction / consolidation.
Keep the "profitable" subsidiary.
Very effective business model.

That sends shivers down my spine cgod. The last time I remember you and I investing together in a company was DCD Media. Run for the hills. ;)

Hopefully this one will turn out much better? Gulp!

Hope you are thriving?

Lance has to get the price to 0.15ish.
For the next cash call.
Or his game is over.

15 years of poor performance and no change here. Ramp away but readers don’t need to be rocket scientists to predict the future based on the past decade and a half.

hazl - Yes I generally ignore BB comment unless it's a useful link or sensible financial commentary backed up by facts and figures. Mdz does have a history of disappointment, but the trading statement was the best in their history where they will report a maiden net profit (albeit we are still at the interim stage). Given the lowly market cap. any profit is not to be sniffed at.

Michaelmouse I am similar to you and have only a token holding from long ago.
I don't always sell things that have gone 'awry' in the slim hope they might recover if I really like the product.
The thing is they do produce fantastic products and yes they do have some impressive clients.

To be frank I have even wondered if some of the naysayers are connected to competitors in some way.
I actually feel sorry for this little firm and sadly it's the wrong end of the market now for risk.
Still I will look in on next results.

Sometimes a firm is beaten down because another firm wish to buy it .
Who knows?

Won't be adding unless the results are very clear but have given up reading the negative posts in case they have an agenda.
Impossible to tell.

MDZ need cash.
Why has Lance never given MDZ a loan.
Family and Friends keep MDZ afloat.

Lance O'Neill is "managing" CCCAL's investments. It's obvious to me who owns CCCAL.

Say the sub is worth 1m to a cash buyer.
That is approx what Lance paid 10 yrs ago.
Float it for 55p per share.
Suck the capital out in "expenses" over time.
When it goes "wrong"; CCCAL buys the ashes.
Who is laughing at 0.11p

You could also calc the gross gearing ratio.
Net assets figure is not realistic.

You failed to mention the outstanding shareholder loans provided by CCCAL.
Lance has an agreement with CCCAL to "manage" their investments.
Shall we describe this as an undisclosed conflict of interest.

Lance f/cast unaudited interim maiden profit does not count for me.
Could be contract timing; lets see if MDZ make a FY net profit.
At least Lance has someone else to blame if sales "slip".
Difficult to finance increase in revenues without more working capital (cash).
