Do they raise at a premium? Last year there was a bizarre rise from 0.15p to 0.6p in a few days based on a woolly RNS. The placing was eventually done at 0.35p and I think the shares were at 0.5p or thereabouts at the time.

Yes it could replace other revenue but they have been v unlucky in many areas eg university bus and manged to replace itHow have they managed to raise money in placings at a premium and why did they issue options at 35 instead of 20 which was still a premiumI managed to sell 29m shares today as I also thought the rns was nothing great to warrant a 50 pct rise but I think these will drift and then go back to 30..so I'm hoping to buy back in

pat, You have fallen into the trap of thinking this is an "extra" £1M in revenues. Its not. That's what they want you to think and they do this every year. This £1M will just replace other completed business. Its a misleading and meaningless RNS. If they had said they expect revenues to increase by 30% then at least it would mean something. I'm stating the obvious but revenues could be down this year even with £1M of new business.

Agree in some points frjdI think we will drift back to 16/17 as Reread the rns1m of revenues..so whatYes I like the look of the clients but that is only 1m extra in revenue for the yearI like these long term and still think 30 is achievable but these will fall first

You could have said the same when they listed 11 years ago. We're moving in the right direction, it will be better next year blah blah blah. But it never is. This is the ultimate jam tomorrow stock.

They said interim results out in november. Its what they don't say though that is revealing. Its obvious they are still nowhere near posting a profit otherwise they'd have been broadcasting it from the rooftops especially since they are so short of cash. Nothing has changed here, its very much as you were.

New clients gained in this period include Diesel, Molson Coors and the John Lewis Partnership. Existing clients such as Belstaff, HMV, Kuoni, TM Lewin and Samsung continue to help the Group to generate improved recurring revenue streams. The combined total revenue value of these projects is approximately £1,000,000 almost all of which is expected to have been delivered before the end of this calendar year. We expect to undertake further projects moving forward with the majority of these clients and therefore to improve the sustainability and quality of the Group's future revenues. It should be further noted that two of these projects include the deployment of the MediaZest Retail Analytics platform

Yep, I last bought in at 0.13p about a year ago and soon afterwards there was a big rise. Depends at what price they arrange a placing at as to whether they fall even lower I guess.

Is anybody going to the AGM, if so it might be worth suggesting that the D

I expect a further drift to 15 on back of a very weak balance sheet and a loan still outstandingToo many placings? I like the prospects but not a buy at 0.20 as could lose 20 pct v easily and v quickly

Well the market took the recent statement of 10 September well - they are awarding options to the Directors but at quite a premium to the current share price, 0.35p. Having said that you'd think another placing likely in the next few months.
