08/1/2015 15:18 | Its got a lot of shares ? | benson384
08/1/2015 14:51 | Haha. There it is. Placing gone through. Now over 1 BILLION shares in issue. Absolutely amazing for a £3M market cap company to have over a billion shares in issue. What does that tell you?? | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
31/12/2014 11:26 | The spike just before the placing is beginning to look deeply suspicious now. Has anyone looked at the volume required to multi-bag the shares from 0.12p and get the placing away at 0.35p?? The news release on the 24t november was the catalyst but it contains nothing of real substance just news of a sale to a major retailer. Typically no figures are announced. Was it sold at a loss?? Even if they sold it at £1 the news release would still be accurate. Its still a sale. Given this company's track record it does not deserve the benefit of the doubt. dyor. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
31/12/2014 10:58 | FROM RNS 'Outlook The Company has already seen initial success with this strategy; particularly in the period since July 2014. It has already led to several large scale opportunities that the Group is currently pursuing, and has also enabled the Group to gain and deliver successfully four high profile projects in recent months, with revenue for these projects largely falling in the 6 month period to 30 September 2014. New business wins in the second half of the calendar year, coupled with successful deployment has resulted in the Group entering 2015 with several clients already in discussions regarding additional projects which is encouraging. The Board believes that the development of the MediaZest Retail Analytics product holds much promise for the Group and the Board believes it has the potential to generate significant and quality revenue for the Group going forward. 31/12/2014 10:15 | In case anyone missed it MDZ senaked out their interim results on 23rd december. They show an increased interim loss and net liabilities of £0.9M. Now 0.3p to buy. The placees are already down 20% but they don't really care. They have all paid the same price and maintained their shareholdings. The higher price of the placing the better for the valuation of their existing shares. It doesn't matter if the placing price is completely bonkers. These will head down below 0.2p shortly. The exciting news released just before the placing has fulfilled its function. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
23/12/2014 16:03 | And consistent again with those results ! | 21trader
22/12/2014 13:46 | That track record is shockingly bad, but at least consistent! | ochs
21/12/2014 20:16 | Its even worst than that since the company had net liabilites of over £0.5M. This will have increased by £0.2M at the interim stage to net liabilities of £0.7M. With the only other assets being goodwill of £2.7M which is worthless, the fund-raising at 0.35p implies a valuation of over £5M for Mediazest. Quite incredible that investors have invested at this level, or indeed any level. Fair value is zero pence IMO. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
21/12/2014 19:59 | Raising funds at 0.35p implies a valuation of £4.4M for this POS. Absolutely crazy. Whoever has subscribed at this level should seek out the services of a mental health professional. Its only a matter of time before the next placing. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
21/12/2014 19:54 | Lets look at the Mediazest annual results so far. 2005 Turnover = 0.877M LOSS = £0.847M 2006 Turnover = 3.171M LOSS = £0.989M 2007 Turnover = 3.857M LOSS = £0.497M 2008 Turnover = 4.424M LOSS = £0.605M 2009 Turnover = 1.918M LOSS = £0.457M 2010 Turnover = 2.572M LOSS = £0.747M 2011 Turnover = 1.918M LOSS = £0.457M 2012 Turnover = 2.521M LOSS = £0.424M 2013 Turnover = 1.850M LOSS = £0.551M 2014 Turnover = 2.944M LOSS = £0.653M | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
19/12/2014 17:08 | I think what has changed is better management at marketing. They were way ahead of the pack with holograms, whispering walls and al l the rest of the innovative things they have done but such a tiny outfit that I personally think that poor marketing was the thing that let them down. They now seem to be getting their product out there and the share price is responding accordingly. I hope that its recent success continues next year! DYOR IMO | hazl
19/12/2014 12:43 | Having said that 0.35p is pretty good considering where the share price was a month ago - if they'd raised the same amount of money at 0.12p then the dilution would have been much worse for existing holders. Lucky they released that news on 24 November then - it also allowed me to sell a few at a good profit. | ochs
17/12/2014 23:36 | haha and right on cue there is the annual fundraising. At 0.35p this time. Another years' salary for Lance O'Neill and co. then. Until next year when they will no doubt release some "news" just before yet more funds raised and more dilution for shareholders. IMO fair value of this company is zero. It will be interesting to see who was daft enough to invest here. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
14/12/2014 10:01 | we often seem to follow Americas trend so hopefully our holograms will take off ...share price as well, like the above link....share ticker ART.... I do not hold, just a few MDZ myself. | hazl

09/12/2014 10:51 | 0.55 is coming | ayub1
09/12/2014 10:34 | Beats me Mike, some chunky buys one after another. Possible contract news pending or shorts closing. Almost bought at 0.35 earlier as well. Its definitely one to keep a close eye on. | bahiflyer |
