Undervalued, in a rising market with a business plan that appears to be going to plan. Not a bad combination.

REGULATORY CLEARANCE FOR DISPOSAL OF POLISH OPERATIONS

Further to an announcement dated 21(st) March 2013, in which Mecom Group plc ("Mecom" or the "Group") announced the sale (the "Sale") of its remaining Polish operations to Polskapresse share price z o.o. ("Polskapresse") subject to approval from the Polish Competition Authority ("UOKiK"), Mecom notes that UOKiK has now issued its approval of the transaction.

The approval is subject to the condition that within 12 months Polskapresse must dispose of the Dziennik Wschodni title and associated online operations, and that until the date of their disposal the character, recognition and accessibility of Dziennik Wschodni and the online operations must not be changed. This condition, which does not prevent completion of the Sale or require any alteration to its terms, has been accepted by Polskapresse.

Mecom will now work with Polskapresse to finalise the Sale. Completion is expected to take place on 31(st) October 2013.

Mecom Group (LON:MEC) had its price target upped by Numis Securities Ltd from GBX 65 ($1.05) to GBX 130 ($2.10) in a research note issued to investors. The firm currently has a buy rating on the stock.

Other equities research analysts have also recently issued reports about the stock. Analysts at Canaccord Genuity raised their price target on shares of Mecom Group from GBX 89 ($1.44) to GBX 108 ($1.75) in a research note to investors.
