That is not correct. Whist they maintain all their equipment. The majority is made by 3rd parties. Me Group do not make washing machines, dryers, cameras or printers. Re the commission, 15% is not correct. It can go up as high as 50% depending on equipment type and location.

Capex is contained because all the machinery is manufactured/maintained by Me Group Commission is 15% to the site owners

Capex is expected to be between 15/20 million in 23 while they roll out new machines so fair point.

Yes the company produces fantastic revenues however my concern is the capex needed to continue populating their estate for unit replacements and new sites then add in the percentage of commission they pay the estate owners.I’m not sure what the life expectancy of pizza and washing machines is but I’m pretty sure if the are outside and self serve then they get a hammering by customers and the elements. The traditional business of photo booths was different as these weee all located inside and the moving parts and consumables were minor. I’ll hold my judgement till I see the December report.

Such an undervalued company considering how much money its operations produce,really impressed with numbers and the cashpile can see this rallying strongly towards the end of year if the update confirms its updated expectations.

Agree John - but unless people are not going to take photos, eat pizzas, do washing etc anymore then nothing to be concerned about.

Too long before updates, it creates uncertainty even though probably nothing at all to worry about. Should have had an update last month.
