If there is a bid in the pipeline @170p or above then the Dan David Foundation will be kicking themselves for selling 29m shares to Serge @70p some 18 months ago. The Crasnianski family will have scored big time just on that deal alone without taking into account the rest of their shareholding!

Altogether, approx 5,100,000+ buys reported after 4.30pm, including that 3,928,035 UT @ 4.35pm

All of those buys were @ 170p+

Very interesting/intriguing indeed!

I can hardly wait for Monday morning to come around!

So, for some reason, ONE YEAR after the event, there has been another look at Mr. C's previous shareholding.

Why?

Has he been buying recently, and a new RNS needs to be issued with the latest holding?

(or he has agreed to sell his holding to a bidder, and accuracy is vital)

It did get a small write up in SCSW - just mentioned the recent update without anything else. Isn't it added to an index forcing some trackers to buy?
