A seller wouldn't inform a company officially but these things are always known in the "circles". Half of the business in the city is done in the pubs!

As for the sells: there has been the odd 'dollop', but the vast majority have been bits and bobs.

I suspect this means the seller may be done. The board would have been aware of someone selling down and would be happy for the price to go down a little. They've had the "nod" and now the buyback can continue.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but selling at 160p ish would have been the right play. Never would have guessed 125p would be seen

Also I wouldn't over think it. It is after all just a few words from a PI - his opinion is as valid as anyone else is, but he doesn't reveal anything we don't know. I just found it quite concise and worthy of a mention. SM summary is decent enough.

Incidentally I once met Jan Molby in a pub. Asked him about a penalty he once scored against Watford after Rush took a dive, in fairness he gave me a decent reply

Essentially says MEGP is undervalued, notwithstanding Feed.me issues, but business still growing at 15% and can buy the shares for less than it was priced at in May [or anytime in the last six months]. Also, 80 year old Serge Crasnianski holds 36.5% and must be confident in the future if he's locking-up all that value in MEGP.

Nothing specific that we don't know - just a bit odd that the price is the same as it was when the earnings were less etc. Thinks may be feed.me might need looking at.
