Cash proceeds were credited to accounts on 15 August 2017." We are due a Liquidator's Progress Report soon which might provide more info. The liquidator of the holding company for Stanmore shares (see post 4188), AIMIM Ltd (formerly SIW Holdings Ltd), filed the annual report for that company ( includes a note that £4.5m is held in escrow and is not expected to be released until October 2017. | culver

10/2/2017 10:51 | Reply from liquidators' office to my request for a 6m update: "Unfortunately we cannot confirm when the final distribution will be declared, the liquidation will last at least another 12 months to enable the Joint Liquidators to realise the company’s assets in full. There will likely be another distribution at an estimated 4 to 7 pence per share which is expected to be towards the end of the liquidation." | culver

26/8/2016 09:37 | According to my notification from Selftrade, this is an interim payment which would lead me to believe that a 'final' payment is still due. I have e-mailed Trish Sankey but no response as yet. | scorpione
16/8/2016 10:29 | Should be return of capital rather than dividend so i think it's either a capital gain or loss depending on the cost of your investment. | glynedwards |
