Posted at 11/3/2018 12:59 by hotfinance14 As in no payment of dividend ? |
Posted at 21/2/2018 20:37 by marksp2011 Unfortunately we were unable to close the case last year as we were waiting on a final payment from a third part. This payment was finally received earlier this month. We will shortly begin the process of paying the final dividend to all members but at this time I am unable to give an estimate as to how much this will be. |
Posted at 01/12/2017 13:26 by marksp2011 Morning MarkThere will be a final distribution for the shareholders of MDY Holdings Limited once we have received the final distribution from the liquidation of SIW Holdings Limited. This final distribution was expected in October but has been somewhat delayed. We hope to finalise the liquidation and issue the final distribution early next year. |
Posted at 21/8/2017 09:57 by russman Not had my divi yet. |
Posted at 18/8/2017 08:09 by forcemode Received my payment today in Barclays. Is that the lot now or can we expect another divi/bonus? If not I've only lost 85% of my original investment! TIA |
Posted at 15/8/2017 20:54 by hotfinance14 What % did MDY own of Stanmore ? I assume MDY receive that % soon. |
Posted at 28/7/2016 14:12 by culver MDY and other investors held Stanmore via a holding co, SIW Holdings. SIW Holdings is also in MVL and its Declaration of Solvency ( dated 29-6-16 shows a surplus of £28.15m of which £4.5m is an escrow amount and £23.6m is cash. The SIW liquidator is not the same as MDY's (RSM) and the latter is dependent on the former to distribute the cash and unlock the escrow. I am sure that the likes of Abingworth and Imperial Innovations will keep the pressure on the SIW liquidator to make it quick and keep costs low.A first distribution of 7p/share represents most of the cash of £1.53m shown by the MDY Declaration of Solvency (see my post 4169). The remaining distribution(s) are dependent on MDY getting cash from SIW. RSM seems reluctant to publish any progress report claiming the logistical hurdles of sending it to 11,000 (!) MDY shareholders. We might learn more when INO reports in a couple of months time. |
Posted at 20/7/2016 16:25 by hotfinance14 From the individual person dealing with the liquidation of Mdy. |
Posted at 04/7/2016 12:40 by glynedwards I hope so. Imperial Innovations have 16.3% after repaying loans fees etc they estimate they will get 4.8m about 20% less than 16.3% of the purchase price. Assuming that we still have 12% then the same maths would reduce the value into MDY to 19p. Then we have to repay fees, loans in MDY and sort out the liquidation so let's say that's another 20% to get the cash out to shareholders that brings it down to 15p but could be more or could be less. Not long to wait to find out. It's all a windfall to me. |
Posted at 04/7/2016 10:17 by marksp2011 MDY held 12% of Stanmore18.3M MDY shares £35.6M purchase price 23.3p less fees etc There was cash in the bank on the last set of accounts but I guess the Directors will have paid that out to themselves |
