20/1/2016 20:21 | Ageing population yes, exactly what they used to sell Southerncross. I have bought in here because the manger bought in, they won't be on a BOD salary so the purchase is more meaningful in my eye. That is not a typo I only have one eye. | starfishprime

26/11/2015 10:16 | Used to be an investor here too before it was bought out. I'm interested in the sector but at a P/E of 60+ the timing doesn't look right for me yet. It looks as though they've remained purely with the retail model from what I can read from the accounts, although does anyone know if they've started dabbling in these leases which have sell on charges to the owners? Good luck to holders. | argylerich
26/11/2015 08:52 | I have added a few more. I like the long term prospects, whilst they are not cheap I do not want to look back and wish that I had bought a few more..... | lomax99
09/11/2015 20:30 | Hi all, I picked up a small Starter Stake in MCS on friday - this is a Stock I want to get heavily involved with again and I think it is an interesting play on Housing which is a bit more niched. The valuation isn't cheap and it's difficult to predict where it is going to go in the near term, but I have a foot in the door and if it drops nicely I will be piling in when the time is looking decent. I did a Section on it on my Blog page here, along with a piece on TEP: I hope it helps, WD | thewheeliedealer
09/11/2015 15:25 | froth coming off the housing market stocks . I was an ivestor here before and was sad when it went private. Has come back to the market with a rather ostentatious valuation IMHO | undervaluedassets
06/11/2015 14:44 | Lots of stagging for a quick 10% odd today. Wonder where it'll settle. | ukinvestor220
20/10/2007 13:44 | Bear stearns have noted a substantial shareholder notice. There are other blue chip institutions on board. The business seems to be going well. Publishing assets seem sought after in the music business as they offer stability and regular income. That's my read. | tomslick |
