sorry we are talking at cross purposes .
You are referring to equivalent of old delist price .
I was talking about projected relist price after all consolidation etc .
The same thing .
I would take 10sek.
So calm if interested I am selling

Ted - 20sek would be equivalent to 1p therefore 10sek is equal .5p with the old share allocation prior to delisting.

Beggarman It's 90p in theory - 10sekyou mean 0.5 at closing perhaps

Does not look good then!!! Sounds like a fight royal stitch up, just as SuperT suspected. I'm just surprised we have not been sent an E mail informing us of the latest news. Looks like everyone has done a runner since the last post :-(. If calculations are right what would the value in old share price before delist be on listing?

mistera1978 i also apologise for questioning where you'd come from. I appreciate the information. No matter how discombobulating it is.

I am out anything approaching 10sek or over .

Would have liked to have eaten humble pie - unfortunately most of what I suspected has turned out to be true .

Good luck everyone whatever you decide to do .I am hopefully out and so no need to further post much

Ps MB IMHO will bail out sooner rather than later.

There is debt and debt, even Barsky said that they had strengthened the balance sheet by having the reserves revalued last June but this has not been reflected in the balance sheet. Debt in the 20 to 30% range is livable but once it goes above 50% it stifles the company. As I understand it they have two years to raise $45m of free cash to clear the outstanding debt, this will impact on development.

Take Dome energy they have a high debt to asset ratio and they have been forced into a rights issue by one of their lenders to redress the situation and that's reflected in the current share price of .61 sek.

You will find time and again in the oil industry companies have taken on debt to expand the business, then the oil price has dropped affecting asset values and revenue streams. This has made debt repayments a strain on the business effectively making them a zombie company.

Beggarman. I'm not sure you understand oil companies but without debt and 55% isn't huge they couldn't grow /survive..you sell I will buy

calm - You're going to end up like Nick Leason, trying to prop up the share price against a tide of sellers.

calm - With debt at these levels you should be able to mop them up at 5 or less.

Debt as a percentage of assets is 55%, unlikely to be any buyers.

I think it will be a race to phone our brokers when this thing lists, surviaval of the quickest to dump this lot. I'm selling but I would like 10sek, I can't see it happening.

Ted - The question is how far will it fall? Dome energy is currently trading at .61sek
and judging by the revised Matra balance sheet there is not that much difference between them. I hope it will hold at least at 5 sek.

stevie - Barsky and Alltech (Winpro + Rovello) equals 68% of Matra AB. Tricon + minor investors equal 22%. Forsinvest 5% and Management (Warrants) 5%.

You are all making yet more excuses .Previous owners may have been incompetent but they were honest and didn't use company as a cash cow whilst destroying its value for us Let's just repeat 2 members of management team have awarded themselves 20% delist value of company for last three years nonWork
