I would stick around but sadly personal circumstances are dictating this now.
Never expected to get anything back but now it's a possibility I can't turn it down.

Well I've watched and read for 2 yrs or so now without commenting. I'm Plaza from LSB and like the Phoenix I've woke up.
The fact Marta have survived EVERYTHING is amazing. The fact Matra have managed to keep EVERYONE's money from going to the cleaners is amazing. Now do you really think they haven't discussed the mass dash for shareholders to sell on opening?? Of course they have and there prepared for that. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest that an announcement of an accusation not long after listing or Something similar.
This company refuses to be beat and I'm with Mistera that somehow out of all this there still here and just a week from listing again.
I wrote these off a long time ago now and honestly don't see the point of selling next week either. We were offered the same price on that site MB suggested after delisting for those that wanted out so what's the difference now? Ok I might not be that millionaire I thought I would be, but I gotta hand it to MB and the team they somehow came good through unbelievable times, it's a miracle they survived the tank in oil prices let alone anything else.
I'm staying put because 63% of Matra that MB owns it's in his best interest to make this work and that's good enough for me. If Matra fails and goes Under then at least I know MB did everything he could through the most testing of times.
Sell up if you want to, but what have you done for the last 3 yrs apart from rip Matra to bits. What's another 12 months huh?
Im not going to be active like the good old days. I'm happy to read these boards once a month these days. Good luck in whatever you decide. If that's selling up and going separate ways, then I wish you good health for the future.

I wonder what the 3 of us left ( me, calm & mistera ) after 9am on the 20th April will do for entertainment hmmmmmmm.

Of course. I hadn't reconciled back to the balance sheet, was just going from the placing.
As calm pointed out from the statement they made, they plan to spend between $5-10M on drilling this FY, so this will be used on that by the looks of it.

What is your guess beggar on where they will pitch this on open?

lewis_81

Lewis - $4.8m is actually showing in the balance sheet, there will have been dealing and arrangement costs.

They have raised approx $5.4M by way of this placing unless i'm mistaken.
I'm guessing that the proceeds of which will either go towards payment of the loan or, more likely, towards accelerating the drilling and increasing revenue.

I'm not sure how far that will get them but certainly should put them in a more attractive position.

I am going to guess at a listing price of around 12-15SEK, but i am not expecting it to hold that, certainly initially - all IMHO obviously.

The basic problem is that they have good P1 reserves but are undercapitalised to exploit them. I can't see them taking on more debt, their current annual interest payment is $4.8m and thats a lot even if revenues improved to $10m.

One possibility is that they are trying to attract a buyer.

Lewis 81 that's a fair reasoning and as good as place to start anything that might give grounding to what is about and in comparison even against variables

Well here we are journeys end or is it a new beginning? April the 20th, all that remains now is to see what percentage of the delist price we are doled out with. Not much chance of 1.03p equivalent, Teds estimate of 40% might just be about right. We shall see in due time of course and like many others I welcome the opportunity to have my investment back in my control good or bad as it may be.

I've been looking at some comparisons of oil and gas companies on the First North Nasdaq and I'm not so sure they are in a bad way. As others have said its quite common to have high rolling liabilities. They are generating revenue (which will hopefully now increase) and have 23 million barrels proven.

There are some I've seen with around twice as many barrels (2C) with a similar net asset ratio that are generating no profit and little revenue for over 1B SEK.

But also I have seen some where the valuation is much less! I know it's difficult to compare due to different locations, prospects etc, but I wanted to get a feel for balance sheet and reserves valuation in this market.

Debt doesn't have to be paid by 2019. Every company has long term debt. As long as they can service the loans then there is no issue. They can now use the listings funds to raise further leveraged capital for new assets. As always people jumping the gun. In my opinion it would be foolish to sell until at least 12 months post floatation.

budget - In the accounts it actually states that the average share payment was 8sek. So some have paid above that figure and some have paid below.

Have a look at the major shareholders, Fireeast is now the second largest shareholder, I guess he has bought some of the placing.
