I don't understand that news release because I thought all companies had 6 months anyway from the year end to release the results.

Delay in publishing the accounts, why would you do that without explanation?

Hmm...that's why I only have a small allocation (4.2%). With any normal, reliable management I would be allocating double that because of the seeming value here.

The total distrust in the managers has never been emphasised more than the present. In theory they have everything going for them, with piles of cash, and SPACS ready to go. The shares should be trading at a premium to NAV....

SKY, It's what they want it to be! Subject to change, alteration, amendment. They move the goalposts so often, they are currently on the halfway line. It will be interesting to see how many shareholders vote for the next Realisation Class, later in the year.

Very nice, another 2.265p divi. If they pay 4 of those the total would be 9.06p and the yield at 117p would be 7.74%. I just wish I knew what their "share distribution policy" actually is! Anyone got a handle on that? ================================================= INTERIM DIVIDEND TO ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS The Company is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 2.265p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 28 May 2021, pursuant to the Company's ordinary share distribution policy.

Precisely HP, as I said, taxiing towards the end of the runway (if anyone can remember that)

Liberum; Mkt Cap £65m | Prem/(disc) -37.0% | Div yield 2.0% Event Marwyn Funds, including Marwyn Value Investors LP (in which MVI is fully invested), have invested a further £12m into Marwyn Acquisition Company II Limited (MAC II) and Marwyn Acquisition Company III Limited (MAC III). Of each £12m investment, c.£9.2m is attributable to MVI and therefore represents 9.2% of the ordinary shares' NAV at 31 March 2021. MAC II and MAC III are also considering a further equity issue of up to £200m via redeemable shares and warrants.

We suffer from a wide enough spread here; but with MVIR it's crazy - not tradeable really.

The NAV, of course, reflects the increased share price of Zegona. The ZEG price is yet to reflect the take-out price of Euskaltel however. So a double "crazy discount"? Even more stark at MVIR, where ZEG is a much greater % of NAV?

Crazy discount to NAV. Will bring in a few value seekers, surely?

There's confirmation of the NAV (if we needed it)...not that it will make any difference...lol...

Also ADVT - formerly MAC1 - now moving ahead to 130p. Tried buying some at 115p this week, but verboten as not settled thru' CREST. Extremely annoying to see them then add 12% in 3 days...

I paid 114.5 today, but agree that the spread is off-putting

The increase in the value of ZEG has added 22p to the NAV of this mutt but the share price is only up 7p! I suppose the spread may be putting some punters off this but I don't think its as bad as it looks.

There's a continuation vote later in the year, and with Invesco no longer behind them, I think there will be a vote to wind-up. Question is, how much of the cash will they have invested by then! I'm pretty sure they are already getting directions from major shareholders.

SKY, I don't think it will be. I think the vast majority, if not all of it will be paid out.

Yes Tilts - understand that. However getting our hands on a good %age of that seems a stretch. Still, your call to buy a few more seems to be a good call as now 125p Bid...
