28/1/2021 08:59 | HP - Quarterly. They stated this on 15th January: "A further announcement detailing the timing and amount of the first quarterly dividend of 2021 will be made in due course." 2.265p (an odd amount!) x 4 = 9.06p pa. So at 107p the yield = 8.47%. Allied to the 34.1% discount, seems fair value again at 107p. That 9.06p compares with 8.25p historically. The last qtly divi was back in Jul'18. | skyship
28/1/2021 08:09 | Interim dividend to Ordinary Shareholders 2.265p dividend announced. They don't say if it is quarterly or half yearly. Previously they paid quarterly? | hugepants

19/1/2021 10:56 | 15 January 2021 Anyone have any idea why NAV jumped from £1.553 on 18/12 to £1.63 on 31/12? The ZEG (Eusklatel) share price has been pretty constant. Have they written up Le Chameau? fyi This was my previous NAV breakdown estimate; NAV 156p. Discount = 31% based on 107p share price. Net Cash = 84p Zegona(ZEG) = 54.5p Wilmcote (WCH) = 8.5p Le Chameau = 7p New Acquisition Vehicles 2p | hugepants

15/1/2021 14:13 | Nice to see the board having to bow to shareholder pressure...Let's hope they realise the modus operandi is well past it's sell-by date, and it's time to stop pillaging shareholders funds. Just wind it up boys! | tiltonboy

15/1/2021 12:42 | ...the Board has determined that, at this time, the most suitable method through which to satisfy the Policy is to distribute the full amount required as dividends. Accordingly, the Board has resolved that, until further notice, all distributions under the Policy will be made through dividend payments on a quarterly basis. | hugepants
