Assuming an exit price of 170p, this should add 30p on to NAV, minus any performance fees.

With the small uplift on ADVT, the NAV looks to be around 190p.

ZEG cash would represent about 93p of NAV (less performance fees)

Anybody done the maths for the effect on our NAV? Will do so when I have some consistent internet connection - only came on 5mins ago!!!

yes MVI is really only suitable for, ahem, "sophisticated" investors.

P.s. when I bought my huge £800 stake last week, AJ Bell made me do an exam first, as MVI is classed as a complex investment!

I wonder who though up the name "AdvancedAdvT". How do you even pronounce it!?
Anyway it lists tomorrow with epic ADVT. Should be interesting to see the price it opens at. If it's a big premium it will make buying MVI shares the better option imo.

At 150p on MAC1, it adds about 10p to NAV.

Why don't the MMs raise the visible bid price? Surely that might tempt someone to sell a few at, say, 105p...

Adds a few pence to MVI NAV.

With all the interest in SPACS, I'm surprised there hasn't been more interest in MVI given they have some off-the-shelf vehicles ready.

I had to pay 108 this morning

Dealings in MAC1 - nice close spread as they power up to 140p-170p!

In the meantime, if they announce something blockchain related then the new venture should skyrocket!

There is of course a continuation vote later in the year, which if lost would put them into orderly wind-down. Market soundings will be taken well before the vote, so we may hear something sooner.

Yes I think the argument to return cash to shareholders has been lost now. Irrespective of your opinion it isn't going to happen. So this kind of progress is exactly what we need to get the share price moving. I agree, whilst we know no detail of what is planned this looks a credible proposition. I will remain in

To be fair the new venture has someone pretty credible stumping up £millions of their own money, so looks a better value proposition than some of the less successful investments you mention.
