07/3/2024 13:32 | Here we go! | the imperialist
07/3/2024 13:31 | PUGUGLY - take it from me, takings of £3k a week are not enough for a tenanted pub. I don't know what the terms were obviously, but at that level there's just not enough there to provide a living for the tenants and a return for the brewery. That's why they will have terminated the agreement. | boffster
07/3/2024 08:29 | Anyone know the NAV and Carlsberg value. I don't go along with the negativity here. | sooty snipes

07/3/2024 08:16 | Ticking debt time bomb imo, rates aren't easing off anytime soon either, out dated business model, need a good management clear out imo | ny boy
06/3/2024 09:47 | Jeffian correct a TAW is usually a stopover for landlords not a long term | heatseek77
06/3/2024 07:27 | Roar @ NY boi | barnes4
05/3/2024 22:51 | There almost certainly is more to it. A "TAW" as referred to in the letter is a Tenancy At Will - i.e. a short term arrangement with no security whatsoever - which is usually used just as a holdover until a proper long-term tenant can be found. | jeffian
05/3/2024 22:34 | Exactly... | diku
05/3/2024 22:31 | Very odd Must be another side to that story | barnes4
05/3/2024 21:59 | Check out this Daily Mail article. Looks as though management problems. Do not hold but if the article is to be believed they were doing a good job and kicked out with only 7 days notice. Maybe time to SELL? Views? | pugugly
