02/9/2007 11:06 | Hi CR I think that in the past, Manpower have been overly optimistic with their forecasts and have paid the price with a series of profit warnings. Now i think they have gone the other way !!! I'm happy to let the story unfold. Regards Rob | robward
25/8/2007 10:47 | To think directors were buying @ 54p, 64p, 73p as recently as the end of July!! CR | cockneyrebel
25/8/2007 10:41 | They must be way ahead of forecast niblet, after that RNS. Recurring revenuse must be building up a treat. Market really has lost the plot here I think in their dash for cash. The operation gearing should really start to kick in later this year and after 2.37p eps last year from a loss in 06 of (3.93p) is a huge leap. They made 1.2p eps in H1 last year and now they are saying they have done 9 NHS contracts in Q1. In H1 last year they signed just 4! They have so wallop forecasts this year imo. CR | cockneyrebel
24/8/2007 22:03 | SOME PANIC AND SOMEONE INTERESTED, THATS HOW IT GOES. I THINK I SHALL GO FOR SOME MORE. GIVEN POTENTIAL ALWAYS BEEN CHEAP, BUT NOW THEY HAVE GOT THE BALL ROLLING & LOOSE HOLDERS ARE DEFINATELY GETTING OUT. | n1blet
23/8/2007 14:56 | Way oversold now imo worth posting that RNS here I reckon :- 23 August 2007 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC (the "Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software Plc, are delighted to announce another new contract in the Healthcare Sector. The Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust awarded the contract after a detailed evaluation of the software over a period of 12 months. The contract provides for the Trust wide deployment of MAPS Healthroster. This brings the total of new NHS contracts signed in the first quarter of the current financial year (i.e. since June 2007) to 9. This compares with 10 NHS contracts closed in the full previous financial year (June 2006-May 2007). The total number of NHS Trusts working with Manpower Software Plc is 24, in addition to the contract with the independent healthcare provider HCA International. -------------------- Some interesting large trades just before that RNS went out - looks like a big buy and big sell. 06/8/2007 11:54 | JL, sure. I've been reading a bit about Andrew Pringle. I reckon a few C.I.C.'s will listen to him. Should bode well for the military side of MNS. | monkeywrench
06/8/2007 10:00 | there's a lot of stuff undervalued at the moment Just Looking - punters are on a buyin gstrike while the sub prime debt fears scare investors. Everything being tarred by a brush that has nothing to do with them imo. What then happens is the dust settles, these cheap little co's put out results or trading statements that say they are doing great and suddenly there's a ruch to buy all these ignored little bargains. Sadly that's the weay a market works, short term we often get pain or exhilaration but longer term the true valuations get outed imo. CR | cockneyrebel
