Still looking like £1 coming.
No sign of an upturn before the next continuation vote.
Perhaps they may now consider a manual share buyback as the one they put in place doesn`t seem to be working.

Are all those people who voted to extend the life of MPO happy that we have all lost getting on for 50% of what we could have got ?
Why have there been no buybacks in a period where the share price has gone down by 20% ?
How much has their mountain top palace gone down in value since they doubled it in size ?

China panic overdone on modest fall in manufacturing PMI. Meanwhile services PMI for December Is well up at 54.4, well above the neutral 50. A few analysts are beginning to note a lot of consumer activity picking up, especially on the coastal regions. Could be good for spending in Macao.

No recent share buybacks when the price was down at around £1.60 was disappointing.
Hoping for slow recovery back towards £2.00

Perhaps he was referring to the adjusted NAV per share at the end of last year, as per RNS.

Agreed Zangdook
I presume the redevelopment of Penha Hill and Green House is included at cost
Also 15 p of deferred taxation deducted
As you say nice to have some explanation
Hopefully Simon Vthompson will have more information in due course

It would have been nice to have a sentence or two of explanation about why the 10% drop in NAV.

They've authorised their broker to buy up to 10 million shares "independently of, and without influence by the Company" so if they don't have the money they'll be getting their wrists slapped.

They have only announced a share buyback programme to allow share repurchases in the close period.
They have not indicsted that they are actually going to buy any back.
I don`t believe they have much money to do so after buying that expensive property recently, which they will need to spend money on.
