They released the first one on the 23rd Aug. I think it depends how much their amending now. Though I expect another week will be needed, based on the Tomco experience that kept delaying a few days on each amendment.

15th is impossible. A minimum of 10 days notice is required between AIM schedule 1 notice and relist date.

Should get an updated sched 1 soon, otherwise it may be difficult to meet the 15th. I'm sure they'd like the stock relisted before they make the offer to Sallies minorities. Though if it's just a cash offer it won't matter.

more drilling to be done, the last drills kept hitting voids, they think it's old workings, but I think they could be natural large cavities, a feature of this deposit.

too much to be said here, can,t type for toffee, but very + ; actively looking for more assets, so expect more placings, joint CEO's seem to be chomping on the bit.
Kept asking me for my opinion on lots of things, just seemed decient folk who want the best for all shareholders, Al Gourley has of course alot of shares, recently bought whith his own money, thats good enough for me!!

ps, it was a 250 mile round trip for me !

pps, but I was not as tired as Nic Davioff, he had just come in on a flight from New York, and did look abit jet lagged !
But he said he was determined to get here in time dispite it being chaos for flying out of NY at the mo ,due to the weather.

I was the only shareholder at the meeting today, and I am glad I went,both Nicolas Davidoff & Al Gourley were present, also two non-execs; Most charming & affable, very down to earth, I was made most welcome, we should re-float as Fluormin mid sept.
I look forward to it .....`

We might get a date for relist with the 'all resolutions passed RNS' that should follow the EGM.

Otherwise we need to watch out for the AIM Schedule 1 RNS for Fluormin Plc, which must be published at least 10 working days before intended relist.

back from hols, great news, good result in the asset sale considering the state of the world at the mo, did notice they say Witkop will be in profit in the near future, which implies it is not making money now, unless I am reading too much in this.
I am trying to get to the special meeting next week, I would love to meet the main characters .......
