The trading update shows continuing strong growth and marginally ahead of market expectations. Hats off to the management team.Excellent news all round in the update, the market will like IMO.

I'm afraid it happens all the time I have seen cases in the past at the lower end of the market where a rights issue is being put together at a discount to the market and at the same time those involved in the rights issue have a short on for when the news is announced and the price promptly drops 20%.

Trading statement due on 20th July could be a shake as market makers think it will be good and want to load up prior to a possible earnings upgrade equally could be someone knows earnings going to disappoint and exiting ahead of the announcement, hopefully the former but we will see this time next week.

To think I started watching these at 35p after spotting their lights in Wickes. Sadly didn't take the plunge until 120p but sitting pretty now, and pe still only low 20s.

No idea why, but it is still a high quality, undervalued company, so stands to reason.m this stuff will happen from time to time.
