The FCA & SFO are so useless nowadays that no one gets successfully prosecuted for this sort of thing so why not sell if you knew the business was going down the toilet? Some stupid institution was on the other side of the trade, but of course who ever managed it wasn't spending their own money it was some mug-punters who entrusted them to invest their money. Moral of the story is to always sell if the insiders are selling so soon after an IPO. | phowdo | |
