Boystown doesn't like to talk about himself in the third person as he realises it makes him come across as a CAUC - but he thinks LPA will get to 150p in c.two years' time.

I think its a good sign.

He had £180k in cash in his ISA SO MOVES THE CASH into his SIPP. No tax

Moves the cheap shares into his ISA because he feels undervalued and might double so his £180 becomes £360,000 and whilst the tax situation remains the same ie) no tax

there is the bonus that he can withdraw the £360,000 tax free from the ISA.

As long as he already had £180k already within his ISA to purchase it would be fine.

I was not aware that you could transfer that amount into an ISA, where the annual limit is £20000.

"Director Shareholding

LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that, on 13 May 2021, it received notification of a transfer of a portion of shares held by Peter Pollock, Chairman of the Company, from his SIPP account to an ISA account in his name. Peter Pollock transferred 265,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 68p per share.

Following the transfer, the shareholding of Peter Pollock in the Company remains unchanged, representing 6.74 percent of the Company's current issued share capital."

Would be nice if he could do the same again tomorrow! :-P

I don't follow what he's doing here though...any idea anyone?

Where did that 265k come from...and the price hasn't moved...that suggest it could have been a buy few days ago but reported late?...hence the offer price has upped last few days...

You do have an excellent record with these sort of companies that need shaking up - TND being a prime recent example.

I do agree they need shaking up.
I am fed up of delays etc always somebody else's fault.

Trading below NAV the shares could re-rate.

I think I will ask for a face to face or at least a call.
I am holding 2.8%.

Bought 5k shares and took out a SB long earlier after seeing the Bid firm along with a reduced amount available to buy. Nice to see the 25k buy subsequently reported. Looking for some recovery in the lead up to Interims in June. GLA
