As expected results full of adjustments but overall looks more than acceptable

On a quick glance, looks to be a £2 Million beat on adjusted pre tax,
dividend appears ahead of forecasts, no surprise there.

I remain keen on the sector & LOOK has been a core holding for me.

I believe the PBT forecast to be around £78m with eps of 15p but am not clear how matters have changed following the disposal of the Parts Division & acquisitions.....

Hopefully the late rise today will be a good omen!

Well try to give an honest answer, so in terms of the SP
my guess would be open up on excitement, then some possible profit taking.

Net debt expectations of very approx £42 Million may be bettered, so 40 or under,
dividend expectations look on the low side, same goes for pre tax,
scope for some exceeding forecasts.

The pension deficit is likely to rise, same with almost any company atm.
Some decent press comment hopefully.

All very much IMV only, just best guesses, so if it develops differently
please don't shout ).

Nothing like another happy customer!.

Undervalued?, does not look overvalued imv, sector sentiment is not great,
however rate the CEO and gearing now one of the best in the sector.
The acquisitions made look sound with a focus on premium.
Big opportunity in used cars over the next 3/4 years, all just IMV only.

Expect a lovely dividend hike.

Added a small amount at 1.24.

Wondered why Odey had a modest short position here, he is running a very large PDG long.

Factoring in net debt, Lookers appears approx. 10% under the PDG multiple.
Working on the basis that LOOK will have net debt around 40-42 M at the year end
against PDG with debt over 90M, all just IMV only.

Nice little company imv, I remember back in the day when this sector
sold on 14-16X, 8.5X forward now approx on Lookers.

Really regret selling my INCH, it's zoomed since.
