Brief auction at 8.1p, now out at 7.77-8.1p...

I did read 1551 and recall the statement well. We had the issue of significantly more funds needed than the market cap, potentially wiping out existing shareholders (or dilluting drastically) but discussed at the time how much they might raise by selling parts of the business.

Back in auction at 8.1p again...

LAST TIME i WAS IN THIS POSITION WAS ABOUT 8 years ago when Misys Financial bought DBS....it went up 98% on the day but crept up a week before the takeover was announced.....similar to this..on its knees...no volume...then all of a sudden "coincidental" buys began to appear!
